I'm short and my seat is a little big for my legs. I'm always pushing myself up. Would this help with that?

The thickest part, the part that curves into the lumbar, is about 4 1/2" - 5". The flattest part at the top is about 2". Because they curve, it's hard to measure exactly, but hopefully this helps.

Description says it is odorless. Does it have any odor? Memory foam usually does have some off gassing.

It should move you forward. I have power seats and when I use my car back support cushion, i barely move my seat forward. I'm only 5 ft. and it works very well for me.
