Seems like a lot of salt but I went through them pretty fast. For the price there should be more.

I originally got these for a loved on in a nursing home who was not on a restricted diet but the staff still wouldn't give him any salt. He had trouble sprinkling salt from a shaker onto his food - he couldn't see the salt grains well enough to know how much was coming out. The packets were helpful for appropriate dosing. These have also been perfect for me for use during my iodine detox regimen, which includes unrefined salts as an essential component of the detox process. The packets make it easy for me to always have some with me when I start feeling sick from the detox symptoms and need some. Perfect for travel, when you don't want to consume the toxic table salt.

These are the to-go packets of your favorite Himalayan pink salt. My husband has an iodine allergy, so he keeps these in the car for dining out. (Table salt has iodine which we try and avoid for him). I like the portability, but I wish there were a little more salt in each of the packets. Also 50 packets is kind of a small quantity for what you pay. Those are the two downsides, I'll be buying more when we run out.

Salt tastes good but all the little salt packets are faulty. They have holes in them! So i was only able to salvage a few. A majority of the packets had holes in them & were either empty or would spill in my bag.

Very convenient and just the right amount of salt in the packet. I keep them in my office at work for my salads at lunch.
