Construction Site Folding Sandbox Playset with Vehicle and 907g, for Kids Aged 3 and Up

I bought this for my 29-month-old son and we play with it together. I do think some parts are still a bit advanced for his age right now, especially the crane arm mechanism, as he doesn’t fully understand how to operate it yet and cannot attach or remove it by himself. Because of that, we mostly use the dump truck, mould the sand into bricks, and enjoy simple construction play together — which is still a lot of fun. I also read many reviews saying the crane tower would not stay upright and kept falling over, with some people even posting videos about it. However, the set I received is completely different. The crane base locks firmly into place and stands very securely. I even tried pushing it intentionally and it still did not fall down at all. You actually have to pull it upward properly to remove it from the base, so I personally feel some of those comments may be misleading. The kinetic sand itself is lovely. I received two packs of sand and honestly think the amount is very reasonable. The texture is soft, mouldable, and satisfying to touch, just like other Kinetic Sand products. It holds shapes well and my son especially enjoys loading the dump truck and making little bricks. We didn’t use the folding sandbox case much yet because my son is still quite young and I know he would make a huge mess with it. Instead, I transferred everything into a deeper sensory tray, which worked much better for us. The box is still very useful for storage though. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and would definitely keep this set. It’s something we can continue using in different ways as my son grows older and understands more imaginative construction play.

You could end up playing with this yourself it’s that good fun! The bricks are made by pressing the Kenetic Sand in well. Kept my grandchild amused for hours! Worth every penny. Only draw back is the crane is not very solid when attached to its base, so might need anchoring down better. With supervision from 2.5 years could play with it, packs away nicely in its box. Used along side the Matt which is worth a buy.

My Grandson absolutely loves this and plays with it every day. It is great fun and encourages creativity. The beauty of the sand is it has a great texture and the grains stick together, which makes it easy to clean up. So no mess. Brilliant!

Great starter set of kinetic sand for my toddler! I like that you can store it away in the box and it’s not too messy to store then! Comes with sand and a few accessories but I did have to buy a lot more sand to fill up the box a bit more! Though beware as too much sand in the box means the box doesn’t then shut properly to close! The crane part does break off easily so isn’t the sturdiness, but it’s not a big deal as easy to pop it back on again. 4 stars as I find it could be a bit cheaper in price to be honest as you don’t get a lot for your money!

Purchased for 6 year old grandson birthday and he loves it. Has spent many an hour playing with this kit. Great that it comes inside a carry case keeping all the sand together. Highly recommend this playset and a very good price as well.

This is the best thing ive ever bought my 3 year old. Hes left me alone for an HOUR. He didnt even try to eat my breakfast, 10/10.

Overall the set has provided a lot of fun. The sand moulds well and the truck can be easily used to mould bricks. I can see this appealing to a wide age range. The box is a sturdy and colorful, making it easy to store sand to reuse. It is a good size and stores a large amount compactly. The thing that lets this set down is the crane. It doesn't secure to the base, as the image might suggest and constantly falls apart and breaks making it difficult to use. My 3 year old found this so frustrating I had to hide it. Although an older child might have more patience, I actually think it was pretty impossible to operate successfully as an adult and just feels a poor quality.

Super idée cadeau pour enfant à partir de 3 ans. Acheter pour mon fils pour qui adorait la pâte à modeler. Je n'ai jamais acheter de pâte à modeler trouvant ça s'agissait, collant, sale etc. J'ai voulu essayer le sable magique... c'est PLUS QUE VALIDÉ! Ça ne tâche pas, ne colle pas, ne salit pas! S'il y en a a côté hop balai ou aspirateur et c'est nettoyé, cela ne colle absolument pas. C'est agréable au toucher. En plus de ça la malette chantier, on peut construire des briques et après tout détruire avec le boulet pour tout recommencer ! Mon fils ne s'en lasse pas, c'est même un plaisir pour nous de jouer avec lui! Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'il manque un peu de sable magique je trouve, il faudrait la moitié d'un sachet en plus je trouve.. car sur les photos je ne pense pas qu'il y ai juste le sable fourni, car cela n'est pas autant remplit. Mais sinon RAS! Je recommande.

This is going to be a Christmas present so while not while not yet opened I know it is going to be a great hit with the little guy ( 4 years old ). Kinetic is always great quality and this looks to be a very durable and well made playset.

Un bel gioco per i bambini. Valigetta comoda per non spargere la sabbia magica ovunque. Consiglio l'acquisto però di altra sabbia in aggiunta perchè se no è poca quella del kit.

This kinetic sand is amazing. Purchased for 3 yr old grandson and this construction site play set keeps him entertained for hours. It's so fun to play with. Easy set up, easy clean up and doesn't dry out. Especially perfect for indoor play. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy again. Love it!
