Best out of the 4 brands we purchased
We purchased a set of 18 newborn all-in-one diapers prior to our baby's arrival: 4 Imagine, 8 Lil Joey, 2 Grovia, 2 Blueberry Simplex, and 2 Bum Genius. Our favorites were the Imagines - and they are the cheapest. Our kiddo was almost 9 lbs on arrival, so we knew she would outgrow her newborn sizes pretty quickly. At two months and almost 12 lbs, she is still in the Imagines, Bum Genius, and Blueberries. The imagine is soft and stretchy but more absorbent. They hold up great in the wash and dry quickly. We haven't had any problems with leaks - I highly recommend. Our next favorite was the Blueberry, but it was twice as expensive as the Imagine. Because it has a cotton soaker, it's very obvious when the diaper is wet. It's also very gross to pull out the insert when it's wet or dirty - worse than a normal pocket diaper. Still, the fit is great. Probably would not have purchased these had we not had a gift card to spend. We have mixed feelings about the Bum Genius. The Aplix is annoying..it sometimes doesn't stay down and can be a mess with a dirty diaper. And, we have a ton of Aden and Anais linens - a few have become victims of Velcro in the wash. So the Aplix is not a preference. So far, we like BG both infant and full size, but it's a pain that they have to line dry, and they aren't as plush as other brands.Lil Joeys are little. We liked them the most initially - they have gussets and seemed to be the most well constructed, but our kiddo just grew out of them quickly. They also lost their plushness after washes and took forever to dry, even though they could be dried in the dryer. We've already moved on to the full size Rumparooz and love them because they dry fast in the dryer and have the same gusseted design.Grovias are similar to the blueberry in terms of fabric and absorbency. Again, they run small. The other con with the Grovia is that they don't have a snap down for the umbilical cord, so it was a couple weeks before our baby wore these. They are dryer friendly though, but took slightly less time than the Lil Joeys to dry. Both Grovia and Lil Joey have the cutest covers, but unfortunately are just so pricey compared to how long the baby can be in them. For the money, the Imagines really were the best bet.

It's an ok cloth diaper at an affordable price.
My baby was born at 6 pounds and I've been using this since she was born. Have had a few leaks thus the 4 stars. You don't want it to stay on too long because it will eventually leak through. But with trial and error, very found that you need to fasten the diaper tight around the legs to get a non- leaky fit. It takes a couple of rounds in the dryer to dry on a low setting, but compared to some of my other cloth diaper brands, this one dries fast! I recommend it if you're looking for a more affordable cloth diaper.

Loved these!
After a month of going through seemingly endless disposables waiting for my little one to fit his stash of BumGenius Freetime AIOs, I finally purchased 10 of these newborn sized diapers, knowing we would probably only get a month or two of use out of them. I'm so glad I did! They have been awesome. I love the fit; baby started wearing these at around 9.5 lbs, and now at almost 12 lbs. they still fit but there is not quite enough liner to absorb everything, so baby leaks unless we change frequently. But now the Freetimes fit better, and we are transitioning to them. I will definitely be purchasing more of these if/when we have another; they are so great for the first couple months until baby is big enough for the one-size-fits-all diapers.

These diapers have worked great so far
These diapers have worked great so far! My baby is now 2 weeks old and so far no problems!! They fit great and they are absolutely adorable. And they wash up really well. We hang them to dry at night and they are ready to use by morning.Update: my son is now 7 weeks old and weighs just over 12 pounds and these are getting too small but I loved them for nighttime use! I would absolutely recommend them for nighttime (we've been using thirsties duo wrap size one covers with imagine smart fit trifold diapers for daytime and they are awesome as well!)

Not for babies over 8 lbs
Great diaper but baby grew out of it very quickly! My baby was 7lbs 2oz at birth, at 7 weeks he is now about 10 lbs or so but cannot fit the diaper anymore. Definitely only good for the first few weeks of life or small babies

Nice diaper
Great diaper. I only have this one in stay dry and my others are bamboo. I prefer the bamboo but I'm glad I tried the stay dry. FYI the soaker pad is made of microfiber but only fleece touches the baby. Super absorbent and soft. My husband said he would be a happy baby in this soft diaper.

Very disappointed. Using the umbilical cord snap down created immediate wicking. So I waited to try again until my baby's cord fell off. Even still, leaks terribly after a short period of time. Removed the diaper, and the insert wasn't even completely saturated, but her clothes were. Tried adjusting the fit, but same problem. I wanted to love Imagine because of the reasonable price, but looks like I won't be buying any more of their diapers.

Did not fit for long
I'm not sure what their size parameters are based on, but this did not fit my newborn for very long. Although they claim it will fit up to 13lb, I had a 7lb girl and I probably got to use this 3-4 times before she outgrew it at about 8-9lb. Now, even though I can cram her into it, I feel like the leg elastic is so tight. At $11, this was a big waste of money. I would stick with one- or two-size covers.
