Q: When I drop the tablet into water,shall I take my beta fish out until the tab dissolve first?

I use the tab when changing the tank water. I let the tablet fully dissolve in the new water before putting my fish into it.

Q: Why does the water turn blue? Should I add my beta in while it’s blue? It’s been running for 24/hrs now and it’s still blue

I fill a gallon of water and put 2 drops and let it sit all week I change it every Friday and it’s clear

Q: Anybody else experience black areas in treated water after using the conditioner?

Yes I did but I thought it had been too long since I cleaned the tank. It didn't happen until the last tablet.

No, you need to follow the directions and dose accordingly. One tablet will be enough because your gravel, décor, etc., displace some water. If you want to dose a little more than 1 tablet, cut a tablet into 4 quarters.
