Why did you choose this product over others?: The nicest hay going. It's fresh and green, and generally speaking there is no waste as the guinea pigs eat it all everyday. Expensive? Yes compared to some, but so worth the money. It's such good quality hay.

This is my go-to when it comes to hay! It's always amazing quality and nice and green! Which when it comes to Orchard hay is SO hard to find. I have hayfever which makes handling Timothy hay difficult so I opt for this instead because it hardly effects me at all. 100% recommend this for anyone with bad allergies. I'll happily keep buying from this family run business. Not only do they provide high quality products but they're educated on the small animals they provide for too which is refreshing.

It is so green and lovely! Our guinea pigs love it so much! We couldn't find better quality hay anywhere. We are very happy with it and will continue to purchase it when it runs out!

hay is nice and my piggies love it but i got these rock inside the hay every time, like padding the weight probably? anyways the hay is super good

This was my second product from Small Pet Select. After trying the Alpha Hay which took my bunnies a few days to get used to eating it the box was soon empty. I then tried the Orchard hay for them and they got straight into it. Smelled fresh and leafy strands so it really gives them something nice to chew. Certainly would buy again and will be trying some of their other products

Good product but lots of dust and very small cuttings at the bottom of the box, which is unnecessary. Clearly supplier is not wanting to ‘waste’ anything.

Tried the brand as it was cheaper then oxbow and oxbow has been crappy lately in my area. I am very impressed smelled amazing before I even opened the box and the guinea pigs went nuts as soon as i put the box in their room. Soft green hay. Perfect for guinea pigs.

The hay is fresh, smells amazing, has very little dust, and is consistently high quality. More importantly, my bunnies actually eat it instead of dramatically pulling out every strand, inspecting it like Gordon Ramsay, and throwing half of it on the floor in protest. Let’s be honest though. About 40 percent gets eaten. The other 60 percent somehow becomes interior decorating. Nest? Hay Bed? Hay. Favorite napping spot? More hay.

Hunny loves orchard hay. There are several brown strands of hay which she won’t eat. I love the smell and I’m not allergic as I am with Timothy hay. It’s a win win for both os us!!!
