I own a pizza shop no carbs on a keto diet is very difficult. My initial plan was 5 days in a row of Keto and 2 days of semi cheating. Im taking these keto diet pills to help me stay in ketosis. Awesome product! I take this twice a day, once in the morning and later in the day 30 minutes prior to my workout. Lots of energy and great sweats during my workout. I should get my body fat to where I want in no time. Will write a follow up review after the bottle is complete.
