Yes, they are stainless steel. I don’t know the gauge, but they are very solid and sturdy. Not cheaply made!

Q: How are these spoons at getting the last bit of jelly out of the jar?

I have never seen teaspoons designed like these. The only thing they are good for is to stir your tea. The little spoon part is so tiny I can't even taste the tea using it to see if my tea is sweet enough. I kept them, but I would never order these again. Of no use to me at all.
