Peanut Butter Boy Super Smooth Unblanched Peanut Butter, 16 oz

I ordered this Peanut Butter Boy brand PB and unfortunately was in for quite a surprise! To any potential buyers - please compare the included photo to the one on the product page, and make the decision for yourself. The Peanut Butter appeared:1. Opened (no seal)2. Used(?) The jar was only ~ 60% full. This is peanut butter and not a bag of potato chips - and the item does not match the description - what is going on, here?3. To be filled with dark brown specks - is something growing? This could be "natural" for peanut butter, but I have never encountered this. Is our Peanut Butter Boy conducting a science experiment?Needless to say, I did not consume the product. Amazon Customer Service has been excellent with a refund and will be contacting the manufacturer. I'll do my best to respond to any comment they may leave here as well.

The taste of this peanut butter is unlike any that I've had before, it makes other peanut butters taste bland and burnt. Peanut Butter Boy makes this with unblanched peanuts that I think still have the skin on them for a truly unique and delicious peanut butter that's out of this world!I had tried all of the natural peanut butters there are out there, and one of the most annoying things is the oil separation. Wtih PBB, there is oil when you first open the jar, but one stir and it's incorporated forever. I don't know how he manages to make such an unbelievable product, but I'll never go back to any other peanut butter after one try of this high quality super-peanutty peanut butter.

This was the most disgusting peanut butter I've ever tasted in my life! It smelled and tasted like old bird seed. As it turns out I have several bird feeders so I'm quite familiar with the smell of seed that has started to turn and that's exactly what this smells and (and I assume) taste like. It's just got a fusty, mildew-y smell to it. The texture is even more revolting. It's got a gritty, sandy texture that is simply unpalatable. I'm really shocked at the good reviews this has recieved, it's hard for me to understand. I had other family members try because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me, one of my sons refused to even try it once he smelled it. The other son was more adventurous but quickly regretted it. There have to be better options than this and I will be looking for one.

A ball of peanut butter floating in oil. Difficult to mix up compared to other brands. Tastes fine. Nothing special.

It is a nice peanut butter, but I'm not the one it was really bought for. Instead, I purchased it on behalf of a guest who was very picky about her peanut butter, and it was the only peanut butter she tried over five weeks that satisfied her exacting standards.To be exact, it is natural, smoky, has a nice flavor and consistacy, and, best of all, is BOTH made form quality ingredients *AND* doesn't require constant stirring like an organic peanut butter does.

Shipped on time, product came out of the box as described.I don't like the texture of this one... I think Adams makes a better peanut butter personally.

Excellent PB but expensive!!

Bought a couple jars on Tuesday afternoon, and they were shipped and delivered my Friday morning. The chunky and creamy are both distinct enough in flavor to be used for different things. Definitely buying more of this after my current supply runs out. WOULD BUY AGAIN 10/10.
