Great Taste!
Easily cooks to al dente perfection. There are many types and levels of pasta (fresh, with and without egg, or dried like this one); this is one of the better dried pastas. Has a good surface texture and a mild flavor. Cooking it brings out a decent amount of starch, so the water can be used in recipes like cacio e pepe that use pasta water as a thickener for the sauce. I've had it a few ways so far and have appreciated that the pasta itself has a little flavor: 1. Topped with a light tomato basil sauce, 2. Olive oil, Crushed Garlic, Grated Parmesian. 3. Cacio e pepe. All good.

great taste not paste
I have been so unhappy with the regular store-bought pasta that is only made of wheat no semolina when you get through trying to cook it you have a bunch of water down paste in the bowl in the bowl no more crap pasta for me!

Excellent quality and texture
I really love this pasta. It's worth the extra expense. The other night I was going to make meat sauce and when I saw I didn't have enough left for even a single portion I almost broke down into tears. Get some.

The best!
Gave a package of these with a bottle of organic olive oil to friends and acquaintances for last Christmas. Delightful gift and high quality pasta!

Overpriced
Flavor and texture was fine but overpriced.

High quality product
Spaghetti alla chitarra known l is a variety of egg pasta typical of the Abruzzo region of Italy, with a square cross section about 2โ3 mm thick. This is a very hard to find high quality product. It was shipped in a durable box and arrived in absolutely perfect condition. Highly recommend and will purchase again.

Just Okay
This imported spaghetti was very good - but not better than premium imported brands from the local grocery store. I will stay with supermarket fresh pasta in the future.
