Hausa Koko Millet Flour

At first, I was a bit skeptical about this product, but once I bought and prepared it, I was very happy. The flavor is very similar to what I remember growing up in Africa. If you know how to prepare porridge - i.e. mix the powder with cold water first, and then transfer the mixture into boiling water on off or low heat you'll be fine. I am only giving it a 4-star because I feel instructions for preparing (koko) should be included on the container.

Tastes pretty bad. Will not buy again.
