Great company to deal with!
I have left a positive comment in your reviews it says:This item arrived in perfect condition although was set up for the US electric not the UK, so I am unable to use it. It looks sturdy and easy to use, sad I can’t try it out. However, the company have been incredibly helpful in supporting me towards a return solution, something that can be unusual and so is very welcome and impressive. Thanks for your help!

Not suitable for uk
This item is not compatible with UK 240v power. I wish they had made this clearer in the item description.

Make sure to buy a usa to uk adapter
Haven't tried it yet but seen good reviews of the steamer.Update: Worked for two seconds then stopped and now is not turning back on, it's now unplugged and has not been used for 30 minutes, however, is still hot to touch and not cooling down. Not quite sure what's going on but will be returning or getting a replacement.

Waste of money. Really bad product, Smoke comes out when plugged into the power supply. Not recommend.

Heats Fast and Works Well on Wrinkles
This steamer heats up fast and puts out steady steam, making it great for smoothing fabrics and freshening upholstery. I used it after treating the area with Raid bug spray to help refresh the fabric once everything had dried and settled. It handled the job easily and worked well on wrinkles too. A solid, easy‑to‑use steamer overall.

Efficace même trop
J'aime beaucoup cette marque et ce modèle ! J'en avais un et il ne fonctionnait plus donc je l'ai racheté car il est très efficace et rapide.
