Received in best packaging, first though that there would be no warranty because after seeing all negative reviews, i trust amazon first Well coming to point warranty i registered the product with littmann website. got warranty as promised, well coming to product quality and built, auscultations are well heard without disturbances, if you are still in dilemma whether to take or not, i suggest you please go for it. I know its pricy but quality comes with price too.
