Energy Release P011 Cutting and Tapping Fluid - 13.75 oz.

This cutting and tapping fluid is a must! With just a little bit sprayed onto the material you are drilling or tapping, or the bit or tap, oh and it comes out as a foam, it greatly reduces the effort required to do the job, and saves the tools as well. Without using it, while drilling a hole for instance, it doesn't cut that great, but spray a little of this on the work surface and it cuts like butter! The same goes for tapping threads into steel! And for the price, this a great deal, it is priced much better than a lot of the competitors.

This is my go to tapping spray/fluid its expensive but not as much for tap magic. The spray foams up and is sticky enough for tapping in the CNC. It has saved many taps in tough materials.

ER is the only thing you well ever need for all your metal machining, drilling, tapping etc... I have been using this material for more than 30 years and have amazed my co-workers by drilling 1/4" steel with a 1/4" drill bit dressed with ER and immediately grabbing the drill bit without burning my fingers!! When they try it they are amazed and wish to borrow it, NOT EVEN!! TOO EXPENSIVE!!! I demonstrate using straight ER, the same I use in my internal combustion engines, transmissions, gearboxes etc... This stuff is AWESOME from the first time I saw it in the early 1990s!!! '
