Superb product and the customer service is the best I have ever seen
I purchased this chair primarily to get in and out of the hospital and ER where there is absolutely no parking because of construction that will last several years. Due to a heart condition, I suffer from bad shortness of breath. As my wife is needing hospital services more and more often, this chair will be a life-saver for me.Shipping from Calif took one week - pretty fast considering it was trucked. Packed very well, everything arrived in perfect shape. Worth mentioning: all of the owners manuals and accessories are packed inside the big pouch under the seat. (They even give you extra zip ties.) Before shipment, I was concerned that I wasn't getting the latest model (especially the 20AH battery). One call and they changed the order to send me the correct model. During the one week wait, I had 4 or 5 questions - EA One responded with answers IMMEDIATELY, even 2 questions that I posed this past Sunday. Seriously - on a Sunday!I examined the workmanship and quality of the chair and am duly impressed. I am a big guy - 275lbs - and this chair is STRONG. I have already given it about 10 mins of test drive up and down my driveway which is steeped about 15 degrees. The joystick is a breeze to operate. After asking, they just sent me another video on charging and removing the battery. I plan on removing it each time I load it in my car trunk to cut back some on the weight. Let me assure everyone, once you perform the steps in person to do any of the functions - it is really much easier than trying to comprehend from the videos. Not faulting the videos mind you - just a fact. I think I will probably order a cup holder as I like to carry crushed ice.Update Day 2: After another test drive today, I decided to remove the battery (it weighs 8lbs) and fold up the chair and see if it fits in the back of my Prius. Even with the XL width of 21.5 inches, it fits perfect in the back "trunk".At this time, if I could give this rating 10 stars - I would. The product and the service are simply phenomenal. If you are looking for a motorized chair - look no further.Update: I have since used the chair twice - once at the ER as I had bought it for and the 2nd time was at Costco, where I had to park some distance away. Everything worked perfect and I am getting good at all aspects of unloading and loading back into my vehicle. One bit of advice - I have found that in crowded buildings, the fastest speed is too fast for maneuvering around people and obstacles. I backed it down to the middle speed and find that is plenty fast and a lot more controllable.

Airline Travel
We purchased the wheelchair a year ago and it has been very helpful. This is the first time we wanted to take the chair on an airline as noted in the description of the chair. We booked our tickets and found out on the day of our travel that the wattage was too high ( no one asked when we purchased our tickets) on the lithium battery. We had to cancel our travel plans andobtain a manual chair for our trip. We contacted the company and they were very understanding and will be changing the description of the type of battery that can be used for airline travel They are also willing to give us a discount on a new battery that we will be able to take on future trips . This was a relief as we purchased the chair a year ago and cannot return it. Now we will be able to use it for the future. The company was really wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend anyone who needs a lightweight power wheelchair. They are concerned about improving accessibility for those who are physically challenged.Robert and Cindy J

Not worth the price!
After only 5 months of use, the welding on both sides of the lower frame broke. The customer no service preceeded to tell me my son stood on the foot rest while the chair was in motion. My son is 50 and paralyzed in both legs from multiple sclerosis. He had training on transferring from chair or bed by his physical therapist. After quite a bit of badgering about it being his fault or his weight, 225lbs well within their limit, I asked to speak to the owner of the company. A technician reached out by text and I had to start all over. Some back and forth before he decided I should take the wheelchair apart and take only the frame to be shipped. I'm 75 years old with bad knees and feet from an accident a year prior. When I asked how he was to get around during the 6-8 weeks while they had it, the solution was for me to pay $400+ shipping for them to send a loaner then box it back up and pay $400+ for the return shipping Georgia to California. I asked for his chair to be replaced but was told they would only fix it and normally would not even pay shipping for it to be sent back for repair. So 5 months use only in the house along with several doctor visits for a $3000 electric wheel chair! And the foam armrests come off in chunks if you bump a door frame.Would be happy to return wheelchair for a full refund.Certainly not worth the price!Update: Took wheelchair to a local metal fabrication business. They welded both areas for $40 dollars total in one day!
