## Description

Morel Mushrooms (yellow variety, Morchella eseculenta) are some of the most highly sought gourmet mushrooms for their amazing texture and flavor. Dehydrated, all natural edible beauties. These Yellow Morel Mushroom (Morchella esculenta) are also called sponge mushrooms. The are hollow throughout making them popular for stuffing with meats or vegetables. The meaty texture and woodsy taste of these mushrooms create an excellent variant to the typical mushroom. Morels are some of the most prized mushrooms because of their flavor and texture which defies comparison to any other edible, gourmet mushroom. Reconstituting: Rinse mushrooms thoroughly. Soak 1 Oz. of mushrroms in 8 Oz. of liquid per for twenty minutes. May use water, or soak in milk in the refrigerator overnight.
