Good arch support
I have a very high arch and need it supported to take the pressure off the ball and heel of my feet. These were a good fit out of the packet no cutting required. I have been on my feet all day and they feel fine. They feel solid without being hard on the sole of your feet. Pleased with this purchase.

Make a big difference to flat feet.
These really make a difference. I'm not designed for running but so far these seem to put my feet in the right position so that I feel the weight on the outside of my feet. Am building up with C25k but so far after a couple of weeks, I am managing with no shin or knee pain. The lump in the middle can feel a bit uncomfortable at first but it seems to be essential for getting the right position. Got used to it after a couple of runs.

Cured my aching tendon
With the weather starting to turn autumnal, I bought some new walking boots to face the clay on my daily walk. However, after about a week I started to suffer from Achilles tendon pain for the first time in my life. It got to the point where after my walk I could barely walk at all. The boots were quite expensive, so I didn't really want to try different ones so I hit up Amazon to see if some insoles would help. I tend to be quite flat footed so I thought I'd try my luck with some arch support insoles and then discovered these ones: the reviews looked good so I took a punt with them. When they arrived I really struggled to get them into the boots as they're quite stiff insoles and the boots aren't very giving. They're the kind of insole that replaces the one the shoes come with, so don't try putting them over the existing one. I eventually managed to wiggle them into place and they turned out to be a couple of millimetres short compared to the old insoles, so I guess I should really have bought one size up and cut them down to fit. But they seem to be working just fine and I can't feel the gap at the end at all. Most importantly they're not moving about when I walk. They do not feel at all natural when you first try them: it feels like there is a huge bump in the middle of the boots and it takes some getting used to. However, after that first walk, I'm converted. There was considerably less Achilles pain and I could actually walk afterwards. After a couple of weeks now my feet are terrific. Whilst the boots still feel a bit weird when I first put them on, I don't notice the insoles at all as soon as I start walking and, brilliantly, pretty much all of my foot discomfort has gone now. I think I'll be buying more of these when I get new shoes.

Order next size up
When ordering this product order one size larger. I've returned to receive the larger size. Otherwise brilliant study item.

A must buy
I have always suffered with what I call my "Princess Feet"...constant blisters and pain...along with numb toes when walking distances. This has prevented me from enjoying the simple thing that most take for granted...pain-free walks. After a journey of discovery that I suffer with hyper-mobility, along with wide feet that increased due to two pregnancies.I have tried various shoes, boots, plasters, strapping and then I discover these fantastic little beauties! They literally have changed my life. I now have support for my feet that corrects my gate when I place my foot down..no more numb toes, no longer am I dreading when that "hot spot" will start warning me of a pending blister that will take days, if not weeks to heal (avoiding obvious potential for a pun there!).The fit was perfect...I remove insoles from existing shoes/trainers/boots and replace with these insoles. I cannot express enough from my personal experience that they are worth their weight in gold. Totally and truly recommend, love from my relieved feet :)

High Arch support
In last few years I have tried various insoles because I have straight feets I use massage rollers, wear a night splint and do stretching exercises. I ordered these a pair for testing. Immediately -my pains were considerably less, actually they had completely disappeared. The feet stand quite differently in the shoes due to the very high and firm elevation on the inside. The heel area is thus effectively relieved and at the same time beautifully softly embedded, thanks to the soft padding on the bale, the toes are significantly relieved. The insoles work on my feet like a good pressure massage, the right walking is of course exhausting, I notice the years of unloading. But I hope to finally get my heel spur pain under control and get rid of the inflammation that more than restricts me in my daily life. After just a few hours ,I am already absolutely enthusiastic.I will definatly order more as my work is to stand continuously for 5 hours and they really helped me I am less tired ,highly recommended.

Great
I have the NHS moulds in my shoes and 6months of wearing them they have gone softish so got these after reading the feedback, they are solid like my others were but hope in time they don’t go soft, time will tell but I am really happy with these and will be buying more for my slippers etc!

Very good
I have a "fallen arch" on my right foot and then recently I twisted my ankle which affected the arch. I know I needed some support so bought these insoles. I'm a size 8 (these were a 7) and it really didn't matter because they supported my foot perfectly. At first they felt a bit awkward but after wearing them for several hours you really don't notice and the pain I had went away. I also use them for when I'm at the gym or just going to the shops. They can fit in most of my shoes except for really flat ones (like pumps). The thickness is good and they are certainly durable. Great purchase for me!
