Excellent plant protein bar!
I absolutely love the IQ Protein Bar! It tastes delicious, has a great texture, and isn’t overly sweet. It’s the perfect plant based protein-packed snack when I want something satisfying and convenient. I highly recommend giving these a try—they’ve become one of my favorite protein bars!

Very good
I like these bars. They taste good and there is no funny after taste. Other bars give me bubble guts, gas or heartburn. These bars do not upset my stomach in any way. I wish they were cheaper but you get what you paid for, and these are quality bars. I eat these with my salad if I need some protein and before a workout. I recommend these bars.

Better Nutrition Than Most
We purchased these protein bars to have with coffee in the morning before our daily hikes. The flavors are pretty good, especially the peanut butter ones... Maybe not in the delicious category but plenty good for better than average nutrition before exercise. A couple of Krispy Kreme donuts would taste better but...!!!

A good tasting low carb alternative with healthier ingredients
Tasty, low carb bar, using Stevia as the sweetner. (160 calories per bar, 1 gm sugar). This bar has limited ingredients and it appears the makers have successfully minimized artificial ingredients. Some artificial sweeteners utilized in other products may have negative health implications. So enjoy the IQBAR.

These are some really good protein bars. They taste nice and sweet, and they can help you reach your calorie and protein goals without filling you up so much, and allowing for more protein intake. The box is strong, and the flavour is good, and tasty. Overall, I really like these protein bars, and am happy to keep buying them!
