Harlow Modern Wall Mount Hanging Headboard, Queen, Gray with Brown Faux Leather Straps

I chose this headboard because it was more unique than the others I was considering and I liked the mixture of materials (the addition of the faux leather straps and the fact that it hung from a bar vs directly mounted onto the wall) It is easy to put together/install, but be sure to read the supplied instructions because what may *seem* like the easiest/most obvious way of attaching the headboard to the metal bar *may* be slightly different than how the instructions have you attach it; and the reason for that is so that you can also screw the lower portions of the straps to the wall vs only screwing/anchoring the bar to the wall. There are also instructions for installing the headboard without using the bar, if desired. The supplied instructions are good- nice sized illustrations and easy to understand. Like any "mounted to the wall" headboard, I maybe wouldn't suggest this for people who like to rearrange their bedrooms often, unless you also enjoy patching/repainting holes and re-installing as often and as much as you enjoy rearranging. :) The price is good considering what you get too. My only gripe about this headboard is that dust tends to collect and be very visible on the black bar, so I have to clean that off more often than I'd like. Can't comment on whether or not it is easy to clean the material because I (thankfully) haven't needed to yet. Will update this review if I ever have to spot clean it.

Dont laugh... I purchased these for my benches. Sometimes when you have a touch space you have to think out of the box. The 'headboard' is firm yet comfortable, with interesting accents having the faux leather straps. Its an evolving corner of a new house (I dont have my dining table in yet) but I think it worked out perfectly! I'm going to spray it with a fabric protector, and then I'm all set for dinner gatherings.

This was super easy to install! There are actually two different ways you can choose to do this based on if you want to use the bar or not. The bar is a glossy black finish which surprised me because I was expecting matte black, but still looks great. I like that you can choose how high you want to mount it. We kept snagging our pillow cases on our rustic wood wall so this will work as an excellent barrier. The “leather” straps definitely don’t look like leather and are very faux, so if you don’t care about that this is your kind of headboard. It’s so cute ☺️

I really love the style of this and I always said I would DIY this when I first saw this style a couple years ago. I saw these on Pinterest and I thought- how perfect is this? It comes with everything and I don’t have to do a thing but put it together. It’s my fault that I didn’t measure, but the pads are definitely a lot taller than I was expecting, but I think they work well enough. The width is perfect! The bonded leather seems like nice quality and I like that the cushion and the straps Velcro together. Perfect for keeping everything in place. I think down the road I will recover these as the gray is not what I was hoping for in this space. But I knew I didn’t want to buy faux leather as that eventually starts peeling. Overall I like it and it’s just what was needed to fill in the empty back wall

I searched high and low for a different type of headboard, as I don't like anything that attaches to a bedframe. This headboard was exactly what I was looking for! It arrived in a timely fashion and was very carefully packaged with all hardware for mounting to the wall. I will say that I rarely use the plastic wall anchors that come with anything that needs to be wall mounted because I don't trust them to not pull out of the wall. I always use metal screw in anchors and screws that I keep on hand for such items. I also took the advice of another reviewer and went to Home Depot and purchased screw covers which really dressed up the whole look of the bar mounts as shown in the attached photos. If you're thinking of purchasing this headboard, do not hesitate, you'll be so pleased with it. Also, installation was simple, as this 62 year old woman can attest. I did it with no help, but I do suggest asking for an extra pair of hands for getting the mounts level. Oh, and the price point is so worth it! Love, love, love my new headboard!

I really like this headboard. I took my time installing it to make sure that it was level. I elected not to use the screws underneath because I wasn’t sure I could place them correctly. I used indoor/outdoor Velcro to secure the bottom of the pillows to the wall which has worked really well. I ended up buying their wall sconces as well. I recommend this headboard. You have a lot of versatility as to how high you wanna hang it. My husband wanted it high so we installed it a few inches above the mattress which works great for us. I took a recommendation from a prior review and bought these little screw covers to make it look a little nicer. See photo.

Easy to attach to wall. Nice clean look.

This is a very handsome headboard. I was able to hang this by myself, but two people might have made it easier and faster. But I’m pretty handy with things like this. The instructions were elementary. Would of be nice to have help with placement in how high to hang this above the bed. But after hanging I can see that it would be somewhat personal as to how high to hang. . I made an educated guess as to how high to hang. Be sure to use Molly bolts if you do not hit a stud, of course I did not hit one stud so I used about 10 Molly bolts. Slight issue with delivery and missing parts, but Amazon was on top of it and made the process very easy. Highly recommend the headboard.

Estaba buscando un accesorio poco convencional para mi recámara ya que deseché la estorbosa y nada útil cabecera de mi recámara de hace 20 años, al ver las imágenes con la que promocionan este producto me gustó porque no había visto nada igual y decidí probarlo, el resultado fue genial, me encantó el toque elegante y diferente que le aportó a mi recámara, otro punto a destacar es la facilidad de instalación, incluye todos los accesorios para instalar y vienen señalados por letras para guiarte paso a paso además de que el manual es muy gráfico, solo requieres adicional de un taladro y un desarmador y en 30 minutos ya está listo para lucir arriba de tu cama. Si buscas accesorios diferentes y de buena calidad te recomiendo hacer esta inversión.

A little difficult to install ... mostly getting the "bar" level and the faux leather straps completely vertical (Hint: Use a small level) ... but, once in these looks GREAT and add just the right touch to beds in a room where there's no room for a more substantial headboard. Trick is to decide how high/low to hang these and, after installing these in 2 vacation rental homes I'm still not sure I've got it "right", but they work. Worst case is that if I decide they're not quite at the right height, next time I paint I'll take them down, patch the holes, and adjust. EXCELLENT item. Came within the generous arrival estimate window, but still within the window. Would buy again, but prices seem to be going up, so these two installations may be my last.

This screw in headboard is fantastic!! It looks expensive and classy. Adds a great sense of sophistication to any room. I've had mine for about 3 and half years (I believe) and I love it. Easy to put up and the fabric is great. Definitely recommend!
