- BulkSupplements.com Vitamin B12 Methylcobalamin Powder - 50g (Pack of 1)

Methylcobalamin is the natural form of b12, and more expensive, which is why I bought the loose powder. Please be careful with this stuff - Even at 1% strength, it is really powerfull. Get yourself a milligram scale - they are not expensive. The dose of 20 mg listed on the package is over 80 times the recommended daily allowance. I use 3.5 mg for a batch of 30 energy drinks - that works out to about 50% of the RDA - That amount barely covers the tip of a knife.

I received this item when its not far from expiry date but it still works even if it expired 😂. This B12 is very potent,i absolutely love it.I never realized that a burnout is a result of b12 deficiency.Whenever i get side effect as a result of the sensitivities that i have, consuming b12 eliminates side effects so i use it every time i get side effects.Just putting a small 10 mg powder in the tongue is enough for it to eliminate side effects on the level of the brain and throat , and when i swallow 20 mg ,20 minutes later the side effect as a result of b12 diminishes in the whole body. But sometimes the side effects are as a result of additional inflammation rather than the b12 deficiency, so when that happens i use anti inflammatories like a leaf or powder celery or licorice powder or even tumeric or sometimes vitamin C with nettle leaf powder or cilantro powder. I wish bulksupplemets could introduce Vitamin b12 1% Adenosylcobalamin on manitol .But all in all i am a deep believer that any symptom is as a result of b12 deficiency just as Medicalmedium.com claims.B12 is the shield against illnesses as he claims.

I add this to my own proprietary electrolyte mix. Great value. I'd definitely buy it again but I can't imagine going through it all. The serving size is a very small quantity so I recommend using a sub-gram food scale for measuring quantities.

Good product. Easy to weigh out and add to other ingredients.

Does the job, the dose is very hard to weigh and scale out, a less strong version would be great. I had to buy a mini scale and still struggle to get the amount correct. But the product works and has helped energy levels!

I've been using this for about 6 months. I was regularly taking B12, but my doctor told me my B12 was still low. So we switched to methyl B12. I did injections first and now I'm taking this product I keep it up. I do feel much better. I think it's pretty good quality. I mix it into a little bit of water, with my electrolytes. It doesn't taste like much. Which is good. Lol

There is no practical way to measure out a single serving or several servings. Not with a 50 g package containing 2500 servings. I have an expensive digital kitchen scale that will not measure anything under 1 gram. What is the manufacturer thinking about measurement? I’m about to toss the package in the trash.

This is an extremely small amount. It's not going to make very much, but I shouldn't be taking very much of it anyway. I will mix it with some other herbs. To put in the capsules, but this size is a very, very small size, very thin, so just count on that. But it's the size I ordered. It's what I was expecting.
