Magnesium Calming Gummies for Children, Strawberry, Relaxation Support

Definitely work! As a momma to two autistic kiddos who really struggle to fall and stay asleep, they have never been more calm and rested throughout the night and before bedtime when they are usually climbing the walls. They love the taste and the fact that they are shaped like the dots candy. Now weird smell as gummy medicine tends to have easy for littles to chew and a really good quantity for the cost.

It was getting to the point where I was starting to think I had "bad" children, but then I noticed that the bad behavior also included fidgeting, overly talkativeness, tears and sleeplessness at bedtime--almost like they were stressed or nervous. I realized that something more needed to be done than the changes I had made to their routine. That's when I remembered that I used to get them a similar calming gummy blend over a year ago and how they were more self-controlled and calm. So, I scoured Amazon, found this, bought it, and we've been using it for 2 days. I thought I was imagining the change in them the first day, but after the second day's use and seeing them be quiet, self-controlled, focused on play instead of trying to pester me or fight with each other, and how they have gone to bed 2 nights in a row with no issues (and slept all night!), and awoken refreshed (not cranky!), I realized I wasn't imagining things. The ingredients work! Plus, the taste is more than tolerable. I can't wait to see how much improvement there will be after a week, 2 weeks, or even a month of use. If it was a fluke, I will be back here to share that experience, but after months of seeing their consistently "bad" behavior, I can tell you that I really, truly don't think this corresponding change is a fluke. I’m SUPER bummed they changed these. I got one bottle and noticed a difference at bedtime with these for my 6 year old. She would fall asleep a lot easier; like it would calm her brain. She also would wake up a lot more refreshed and not nearly so cranky/hard to wake. (We’re not morning people but school starts a lot earlier than daycare.) Anyways, the bottle is different and the flavor is. They used to be shaped kind of like the candy “dots” and now they are bears. My daughter ate them once and refuses to eat them anymore. She made it clear they don’t taste the same, she’s convinced they aren’t the same ones but I know they are it’s why I re-ordered them. She’s smart and a good listener; in the end I had to respect that she was so adamant they were gross and didn’t want to eat them. I wish I could give a better review but if you have a particular child like mine, this is your heads up because I can’t even return them (they aren’t allowed to be.) Waste of money.

These gummies have been amazing for the last year my child has been taking them. They make a large difference in his behavior. This last bottle we received March 27, he refuses to take because they do not taste the same. The look of the gummy is different and the taste is definitely lacking compared to how they were prior. Definitely disappointed I’m going to have to start trying different ones again.

My 6 year old has suspected ADHD, nights were getting worse getting him to sleep, it would take over 2 hours for him to fall asleep. I started off with 1 gummy at night just before bedtime, no difference, then did 2 and my god it works! Instead of getting up dozens of times trying to fall asleep he’s up maybe once or twice. We have a strict routine now where he has his 2 gummies, a warm cup of milk, his lavender microwaveable warmies cuddly toy and his tonies. He’s out like a light most nights!

Tasty, not too sweet and my boy enjoys them. He never forgets that when it’s bedtime he gets one of these (still 3-years old). Does it work? I don’t know but it definitely helps for his restless legs at night!
