Myron L UltraPen PT2 UltraPen pH and Temperature Pen

I bought this after using a Myron L Ultrameter II for a year with amazing accuracy. This Pen falls far short from their other item. First off it needed calibration right out of the box unlike the ultrameter. Even after that I got different reading from the same sample 2 whole points off....not 0.2 Second this item takes a long time to give a reading. 30 seconds minimum. For almost $200 this thing should be perfect.

I've been wanting this pen for a while now and its working great so far. Calibrating it was a little confusing at first but I got it down and it's reading accurate I use the ph strips as backup sometimes so I know everything is good. I like that I just buy probs now as replacement instead of new pens. No more bluelabs lol.

We use these to test our machine tool coolant and they work very well, just wish they would hold up a little better, but that is more of an issue with the coolant than the pocket tester.

Readings are very delayed and sometimes inaccurate. Not really a fan.

Despite following instructions and frequent 3 point calibrations, this ultrapen is wildly inaccurate. I was hoping to save time and field test water for pH but this is too much of hassle for readings that aren’t even close.

Best pH pen I've used so far. I've tried hannas and oaktons, but like this one better. The pen takes a few seconds to deliver a reading, but it takes and holds a calibration well and feels really sturdy. If you are taking a ton of readings the lag may be annoying, but on the plus side you don't end up staring at the pen waiting for the reading to stabilize.

Looks like the pen was frozen at some point and was damaged. Found this out after the 30 day return window. No warranty information in packaging.
