This light is rock solid! To be honest, I was shocked how nice it is. We'll see how well it works with my next growing project. And the coverage of the light is perfect for my 2x4 grow space. Goodbye HPS and florescent bulbs.

the grow light is very good, controllable intensity, very easy to adjust hight, make sure you can vent it because the transformer does operate at an elevated temp.

Light is what the description is, arrived on time.

We purchased this 200w grow light to replace a 2 foot 4 x T5 fluorescent grow light and the difference is... night and day.It comes with a dimmer knob with: 25%/50%/75%/100% and we leave it on 25% even with a large number of leafy plants beneath. At full power, the room is painfully bright and we'd need to wear sunglasses just so sit on the couch! The good:+ Staggering brightness at higher power settings+ Good efficiency (easily twice the efficiency of our previous fluorescent grow light)+ Generates very little heat and no audible hum or noise.+ Multiple emitter spectrums keep our plants very happy.+ COLOR is pleasant; you can sit comfortably near the lamp without the 'Blurple' so many old ones had.The Bad:- The power cord is shorter than the model we replaced.- 100% power is too bright to sit in the room with. Really.- Only time will tell how good Vivosun's engineering was, hopefully, the arrays live up to their LXX numbers.

I bought these solely based on a YouTube comparison video that found these were the best bang for your buck when tested against similar products by multiple popular brands of LED grow lights - using the same crops, and in the same conditions (sorry, I forgot the user's YouTube handle). I haven't regretted it and was so happy I recently got two more. I like that I can dial up or down the output, though I have mixed feelings about it being selectable only in 25% increments - especially since I use it quite a bit closer than is recommended (maybe 6-7 inches or so), to conserve space. But I've found most of my plants only get stressed at the rather intense 100% setting. They do produce some heat so keep that in mind if you use warming mats for germination (I do not).

Excellent overhead grow light for the money

Ok. I gave it a high rating because how its meant to be used... it does really well. But it unfortunately doesn't suit my needs today. It may in the future. But right now it is a regrettable purchase. One big note. You must where eye protection. Even on 25% this thing is very bright. Like I could (jokingly) probably illuminate my entire house on 25%. Including the basement.Pros: this thing does what it advertises and is crazy bright. Im not going to go into detail as you can read all the specs and yeah its great.Cons: the light appears to be designed to work with there grow tents. Which i do not have. I have a 5 rack wire shelf. I was hoping this light would work for one whole shelf thats the shelf I use for my tallest plants. It doesn't. The light out of the grow light will only illuminate one 10x20 tray. And it does so spectacularly. But it also absurdly expensive 1:1 tray. Now it might be that on brighter settings far enough away it might cover more trays. I just do not have the space for that kind of setup. I regularly have 16 trays. I would need 3-4x the space to use this. But in my setup, turning the light high enough to give outer plants enough light would cook anything directly under it. So for me this doesn't work.I am keeping it though. I may configure one zone for one that need more light or im sure ill find a future use. But right now its back in the box and shelved for the season.

Lätt att montera, kom snabbt och bra förpackat.

Excellent, Worth it. Grew better than other lights

I don't think that I could be happier with this item. Absolutely perfect for my uses. Extremely well made, and looks like our will last forever. Very use friendly and easy to set up. 4 power settings - the highest being as bright as anyone could possibly want. I have it set at 75%, which feels like a bright summers day. I love that it is in three hinged panels which allow for control of light displacement. So glad that i made this choice.

Reading some comment that the light was not powerful enough, I was a bit afraid, but gosh, this is so powerful that I am only using it 75%. I think what people are complaining is that it's not covering that much. I had to buy the 2 lamps package because one was not enough to cover my whole 4X2 tent. I do not grow cannabis, I grow sarracenia pitcher plants, and they usually require full sun all day long, so I hope that they will be super happy with this light. It's also 3 years warranty, so all I can say is wow. Very happy with the color of the light as well.Be aware that the one lamp deal does NOT include the protection glasses, but the 2 lamps package does.
