They have a couple different models that fit different nailers. If you have a Metabo or Hitachi coil nailer, the fit is different between the 2 different models. Check to make sure you are ordering the right size for your nailer. Otherwise, the product is great and does exactly what you expect.

You don’t have to make your own jig or measure where you’re going to nail to get the proper distance from the edge of the board. This makes it a no-brainer. Love it. With this on your siding nailer and the gecko gauges the siding courses fly on.

Fit perfectly on my Dewalt nailer DW66C-1. Definitely allowed me to move quickly through my lap siding installation.

Does make nailing quicker and easier, and keeps nails at same location all across siding. 4 out of 5 stars only because it was a very tight fit, had to file lit some on gauge and then use rubber mallet to get it on.

These are a great attachment for production siding. I am a contractor and always try and follow the manufactures instruction for installation. There is a specific nailing location of the 2 main types of lap siding and 'high' nailing can void the warranty. Use this on your nail gun and 'set and nail'. I have both sizes and will use the FC on EW siding when I want a lower nailing with a reduced exposure. i.e. 6"- 61\2NOTE: see photo. I did have the small cap 'pop' off yesterday. It actually landed on the top edge of the piece of siding 2 stories up and the spring behind it was still in the pin. I put the piece back on and tapped it on with the hammer. I have put up a couple thousand feet of siding with this gauge. You should treat it with care and it will last. I bought 2 more this week so I am not left without one. Great product.

Does not fit the tip of the intended and listed coil nailer.Will be used with Hardie Plank Fiber cement siding.

This company stands behind their product! The little guide pin fell out of the gauge and the company replaced the entire until free of charge four years after I bought the EW-2. I'm impressed!
