No More Bottled Water! Easy install
After installing this Waterdrop under-sink filtration system, we’ve completely stopped buying bottled water. The water tastes fresh and clean, and having filtered water available directly from its own dedicated faucet is incredibly convenient. Installation was easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, all the parts felt well made, and the tankless design doesn’t take up much space under the sink, leaving plenty of room for storage. I also like that this system uses ultra-filtration instead of reverse osmosis, so it doesn’t lower the TDS or waste water while still providing great-tasting filtered water. The smart panel is a nice addition for monitoring the system. Overall, this is a high-quality, well-built filtration system that’s easy to install and has already saved us money by eliminating the need to buy bottled water. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an under-sink water filter.

No more cases of bottled water taking over the fridge
We were the household with cases of bottled water stacked two deep in the fridge and a few more in the garage. Buying it, hauling it in, recycling the empties, repeat. I finally got tired of giving up a whole shelf to plastic and put this Waterdrop inline filter on the cold line, mostly to see if I could kill the bottled water spend without committing to some under-sink setup I'd need a plumber for. Install took about five minutes. It's a 1/4" push-to-connect, you cut the line, push the tube in (they say seat it 20mm and they mean it, get it all the way in or it'll weep at the fitting), and that's it. No leaks for me, not on day one and not since. The taste change was immediate. Our tap has that faint pool-water chlorine thing going on and it's just gone now. Coffee in the morning got noticeably cleaner too, my wife clocked it before I said anything. A full year of daily use later it still flows like the day I installed it. What it doesn't do: this is a taste and chlorine/odor filter, not a softener and not reverse osmosis. Hard water and scale, or getting your TDS near zero, that's a different (more expensive) product. For chlorine, smell, and general drinkability off city water, it does the job. The real win is the math. We basically stopped buying bottled water, so it paid for itself in a couple months, and I got my shelf back. Boring and reliable, which is exactly what you want from a thing that touches your drinking water. Cartridge swap at the one-year mark is the same easy twist. Would buy again.

Perfect Filter!
Super high quality and worth every penny! Very easy hookup with no tools needed and amazing tasting water. My city water is heavily chlorinated and had a chemical taste and smell. After using this filter, there are absolutely no taste or smell. I have really strong water pressure to begin with, but it was not hindered by the filter at all.

Amazing water… financially humbling filters
I bought this thinking, “Nice, clean water straight from the tap.” What I got was: Delicious, crisp, suspiciously fancy-tasting water The sudden urge to judge bottled water A long-term financial relationship with replacement filters Let’s start with the good: This thing WORKS. The 0.01 micron filtration removes chlorine, bacteria, and other contaminants while keeping minerals — and honestly, my tap water now tastes like it graduated from college. Installation was surprisingly easy, and the tankless design means it doesn’t hog space under the sink. I felt like a DIY genius for about 20 minutes. BUT… let’s talk about the real plot twist. Replacement filters: Not optional Not cheap Not emotionally prepared for According to the manufacturer, you’ll be swapping different filters every 6–24 months depending on the stage Which sounds reasonable until you realize you’ve basically subscribed to a “premium hydration membership.” Me, 6 months later: “Wow this water is incredible” sees filter price “…guess we’re investing in hydration now” Unexpected side effects: Refusing to drink water anywhere else Becoming a “water taste critic” for no reason Explaining to guests why your sink is more advanced than their entire kitchen Final verdict: If you want amazing water quality and a sleek setup—this is fantastic. Just know you’re not just buying a filter… you’re entering a long-term relationship with replacement cartridges

This is my personal non-professional review for what it's worth.
This is my personal non-professional review for what it's worth. First off I wish to start this review with a disclaimer and that is that I have not received any communication from the manufacturer of the product I'm going to review offering me any rewards for leaving a positive review as so many manufacturers seem to do in order to get a good review. About myself, I live in Kenai, Alaska and I purchase hundreds of items from Amazon annually and it's been probably more than 5 years since I have left Any reviews positive or negative but I had such a great experience with this company I felt I needed to at least leave a short review. I say that because so many companies go out of the way advertising their products as the best you can buy but then if you have a problem With their products that you have purchased good luck contacting them either by phone or email in most cases they don't respond or answer Nor will they contact you back. I purchased this water filter system on October 18th 2024 and it is currently November 30th 2025 so I have owned it for over a year now And that's important because it has gone Passed it warranty because the warranty is good for one year from the date of purchase. The reason I mention that is because after purchasing the water filter unit I had not taken it out of the box for more than a year Because I purchased it to go into my newly remodeled kitchen but the remodel of my kitchen took much longer than expected and so I had not installed it until after the warranty expired but after opening up the shipping box that it was in I noticed it was damaged from Shipping Now the manufacturer has no obligation to do anything because it's Past its warranty. So after emailing the manufacturer to my surprise I received a very nice email from customer service from a very nice lady by the name of "Becky" I don't know her last name but I could not have had any more positive experience because not only was she friendly and communicated with me several times by email that she had offered even though the warranty expired that if I just pay $29 they would ship me out a brand new unit and sure enough I paid the $29 and they did exactly that they sent me out a brand new unit and remember I live in Kenai Alaska that $29 that they charged me wouldn't even cover shipping if I mail something like that to Alaska so it basically didn't cost me anything for the replacement. I don't know if this is company policy or if I just got lucky by working with somebody as nice as Becky has been working with me so I don't know If they will do this for other people but this is my experience. And as for the unit itself it works exactly as described it was simple to set up just basically to plastic tubes for the water to go into the unit and another Tube For the water to exit the unit to come out of the faucet and what I like about it most is that it has a very good water flow you're not sitting waiting for the water To slowly come out of the faucet because it has to go through three separate filters so I'm very happy that it comes out at a very high flow rate if you have it with the faucet all the way on and the filters are easy to remove and there are no tools required you simply twist and pull out each filter for replacing it. now since I haven't used this for very long I cannot comment on how long I filter will actually last before it has to be replaced but I'm sure that has a lot to do with the water source on how good or how bad the water that is coming into your house whether it be from City or well water but it all makes a difference on how long these filters will last. So there's not much else I can say other than I'm very happy I purchased a quality product from a company that actually stands behind its products which is very rare nowadays. And I wish to make a special thank you to Becky at customer service from this company who has been outstanding in working with me for I couldn't ask for anything better. PS if anything changes in my experience using this water filter system I will update the review at that time. Until then I wish everybody a wonderful day from Kenai, Alaska Don B.

Pretty solid water filtration unit
I was a little skeptical about purchasing such an expensive water filter for my kitchen sink, even on a limited deal for $30 off, but I had tried some of the single filters, and they didn’t seem to connect right, leaving water leaks, and the refrigerator dispenser doesn’t have enough flexibility while also being in front of the ice dispenser, which always makes me accidentally hit it. This was simple enough to install; however, the directions are super confusing so I suggest you watch a YouTube video on how to install it like I did. All you need to do is type “installation instructions for…. (Insert product name here)” on google and the manufacturer installation guide is the first video that pops up. It’s helpful to see how the rings are attached because the paper instructions are garbage with diagrams that don’t really label anything and only vague written instructions. This water filter also came equipped with everything you need for setup, minus the wrench. It even included a water diverter/tee for the cold water line pre-installed on the line and two sets of plumbers tape. My suggestion is that you tighten the valve/diverter right at the cold water line more than you think you need to as just the simple hand tightening and a quarter turn with the wrench won’t do it for this one and you’ll have leaks when you open the line back up. I already had a different faucet installed, but the connection for the outlet water seems to be universal and you don’t have to use the included faucet if you don’t want to. I couldn’t find just the water filtration system as a stand-alone item, so it seems to only come with the faucet. I don’t like that because it drives the price up for an extra item I don’t need, but I digress. After you install the filter, make sure to run it for a little bit to clear the line. If you try to grab a drink within the first few minutes of use, you’ll end up with charcoal in your water from the filters. I don’t know if it’s the faucet I used or the unit but the water pressure is actually pretty great coming out of the line and fills my water bottles up very quickly. It maybe takes 10 seconds to get 20 oz of water in my Stanley. It’s much quicker than our Whirlpool fridge dispenser and adjustable so you can move it to the precise location you need without taking the lids off your bottles. I see other reviews mentioning and showing videos of the PPE levels coming out of the filtered water, which are close to tap water, and this had me concerned. I did some research and this is not a reverse osmosis filter, so the minerals remain in the water, closely resembling tap. I didn’t want to go through all the hoopla of getting a reverse osmosis water filter because then you have water waste as well as needing an outlet to plug in the unit and drilling holes in the drain pipes for waste water. I have an outlet under the sink for our garbage disposal but everything else just seemed like sooooooooo much extra work. This unit was able to be set up in less than 10 minutes with the filter faucet already being installed. If I had to do that, it would have taken me maybe 5 more minutes. This unit is simple and efficient, with the water tasting much better than with the single filter or from the fridge. All in all, this is a pretty solid little water filtration system and I’m happy with it but only time will tell if it has longevity/durability. I’ll be sure to update my review should something go awry or the unit fails, but for now, it gets 4 stars from me.

Great quality and functionality!
Great quality and works efficiently. Easy install and assembling. The faucet is stainless steel and great size that doesn't create any conflict with the sink use.

Great customer service.
I purchased this unit because of the review, cost effective, and I thought of zero waste water sounded appealing. Installation was easy enough just had to buy a few extra things from Home Depot. My husband took less than an hour to install the water filter and he doesn’t know much about plumbing. It works quietly and water stream came out fast. However, I don’t think it works like should. The water tasted better than tap water but still doesn’t taste good. I can still taste hard water which has metal flavor and thick. I tried to boil the filtered water but it still tastes metallic. Update: A sale rep contacted me after I wrote a two star review she giving me more info about what type of filter that fits with what I looked for in drinking water. She offered many options to help solving the problem. We finally agreed on the company sending extra filter refills in case the filters I have were defective. Customer service was fast responding and very helpful which was really great so I am happy to change my review from 2 to 4 stars. I wish there was more info on the product on the page for customers like me who have no idea what to look for on water filters and only thing I know is I want pure and crisps tasting water.

Installazione semplice, nessuna perdita e acqua migliorata
