This is top quality stuff. Sweet, tangy, rich, and full bodied without the added sugar, corn syrup, and flavorings of the imitators. I've tasted balsamic vinegars at the Modena estates that made them. This vinegar is truly excellent. I drizzle it over roasted vegetables and it's divine.

Extremely high-quality and threads the needle between the authentic 12 and 24 balsamic and something that's a little bit more affordable. When I was leaving mode of this past year, I had my vinegar thrown away at the airport and was pleased to be able to find it online. This is a fantastic brand and the seller was extremely quick and distributing it. Highly recommended and I recommend trying some of the other items as well.

Einen der besseren
Wie immer eine der lekkerste balsamico essig. Diese Variante essen ich am liebsten bei und in Saucen Bolognese oder auch beim Rinder braten sauce oder rouladen sauce usw. Die 3 medaillein ist mega auf Salate und in pizzasauce! Und der dop Variante ist mega auf Käse Salate und Obst usw. Die 5 medaille ist überflüssig und alles unter 3 ist eher supermarkt Qualität. Also klare Kaufempfehlung.

No es de los mejores, pero está buenísimo.
He descubierto un mundo nuevo con este tipo de vinagres. Resulta que lo que nos venden aquí en supermercados españoles como vinagre balsámico, no tiene nada, pero que NADA que ver con el vinagre balsámico de verdad. Se trata de un vinagre envejecido, bastante denso y de sabor SUAVE. Es decir, un toque avinagrado pero manteniendo un regusto más bien tirando a dulzón. Es increíble la variedad de vinagres buenos que hay en el mercado, pero hay que pedirlos por internet, jamás había visto este tipo de vinagres en un supermercado, por grande que éste fuera. Así que desde que probé uno en concreto, no paro de pedirlos y cada cual me sorprende más. A pesar de que este no ha sido de los mejores, sin duda le da mil vueltas a cualquier cosa que encuentres en el supermercado etiquetada como vinagre balsámico de módena. Lo recomiendo.
