This is the third JOOAN Wireless Security Camera System I bought and i will use/install it to my country house, it is too easy to be installed, it has great performance , it comes in a really very good price, the 3MP cameras are providing very clear pictures and the hard drive stores many many hours of recording.I don't have anything else to say,IT IS GREAT

Great value, works better than the more expensive set it replaced, the old ones quit working after two years (OOSSXX brand) so I got this one, better image quality and better range than the old one... my only complaint is they're not very durable, I broke one mount while installing just tightening it with the tiny Allen key, and several of the other Allen heads stripped out and may need to be replaced... the broken mount I'm kinda screwed on... I hope I can get a replacement from them... if I can get a replacement camera I'll change my four stars to five... I've installed lots of security cams and this is the first time I've had one break while adjusting...

I have been looking for a wireless system for 8 cameras, and now I have bought it. The clarity of 3MP is great, the night vision effect is also good, and the basic functions are all complete.When I’m not at home, also receive alarm pictures through the phone app. To be honest, this system is easy to use and cheap.

Having worked in the electronics industry for 44 years it doesn’t surprise me that, occasionally, a piece of equipment fails after a few months of service. Many manufacturers know this problem all too well, that is why electronic items are sold with a warranty period. BUT trying to obtain a warrant replacement can be trying, - making phone calls, lengthy “on hold” waits, shipping the defective item back to the manufacturer and waiting. One of the cameras with my Jooan 8 camera security system failed after a few months, so I used Jooan’s EMAIL address to advise them of the problem. I received an email reply within 24 hours with advise for troubleshooting the defective camera. Both Jooan and I determined the the camera was indeed defective. I received a replacement camera from Jooan in less than a week, with NO NEED to return the defective camera. I find that Jooan’s customer service is extraordinary, - unusual in this day in age, and much appreciated.

Absolute garbage! ZERO product support and ZERO technical assistance! NO CAMERAS WANT TO CONNECT EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING THE SAD EXCUSE OF DIRECTIONS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER. I HAD THE INTERNET COMPANY COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE EVERYTHING. THE ISSUE IS THIS TERRIBLE CAMERA SYSTEM NOT MY INTERNET. I'VE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THE SYSTEM REPLACED WITH NO SUPPORT IR ASSISTANCE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND BUY ANOTHER SYSTEM.

Not the easiest to use on the monitor. Playback is difficult. Hate the fact there are wires everywhere Stuck with these since we missed return window

These cameras were easy to install, can angle easily, and provides a clear picture. I am having trouble accessing the video feed from my phone when I am not home though. Most likely a user error on my part.

I purchased the JOOAN 8-Channel 3MP Wireless Security Camera System to replace a REOLINK 4 camera system. The REOLINK was hard to configure and I found the software very annoying. It was much less than "Plug & Play". I needed a larger system and the REOLINK could not be expanded for more cameras (the REOLINK was a 4 camera system). I brought the JOOAN 8-Channel after comparing several systems on the market and found the JOOAN, for the price, was the only system that would record audio, very important for me. When I received the JOOAN I found it to be VERY easy to configure and use. The performance is excellent. I did have problems with one camera which was intermittent but the seller sent me a follow-up email to ask me what I thought of the system and we discussed the camera problem. He replaced the camera, no questions asked. I am very happy to have found this seller. No muss, no fuss, just straight up satisfaction. I would recommend buying from this seller again in the future.
