I love this machine. It is big yet it is light. It has safety features such as you can’t go crazy quick on pushing the ice to shred. It holds a lot of shaved ice. I do like the straw to help drain excess water I just wish there was a way to take off the straw and plug it up. It works very quick and you get on between the soft ice and that Raspa ic. It is loud but what snow-cone machine is quiet. The only promblem I have with it is when you push the ice in and it finishes and your pulling the handle back out to put more Ice the handle holds onto some ice and then it falls in the machine and counter and it makes things wet. I’ll ad pics soon. But all in all great build not a bad price and just works wonderfully.

I use the crap out of this. We have a pool and a child with an egg allergy. We typically don't have normal desserts around due to the allergy, but we always have snow cones! Very well made!!!

After lots of research and reading reviews we chose this snow cone machine and couldn’t be happier. It’s a little loud when your crunching the ice but it’s a fast process the ice shavings come out to a perfect texture. Holds a lot of ice and very easy to clean. After a summer full of snow cones with the grandchildren we can’t brag enough on the quality and durability. Was easy to use and would be perfect for events.

The media could not be loaded. Easy, great packaging and completely intact—no broken pieces and easy assembly. Did a test run quick, see video. Will update if needed in coming months as we purchased for a grad party and multiple other summer events!

This snow cone machine works so well! We have already used it numerous times and we love it! We use it for birthday parties and I’ve never seen so many smiles from young and old this was so worth every penny and every memory that we have created!

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift. He has used it nearly every day. It makes perfect ice for snow cones. Came with extra blades, scoop, and containers for syrup. It is super heavy duty but it's VERY LOUD.
