Good stuff. That’s the best olive oil I’ve had. Consumer labs graded at top also and that’s why I tried it. It’s the first time my wife didn’t complain about the taste of olive oil.

This is my favorite olive oil, especially for salad dressings, focaccia, and drizzling, where the flavor really matters.

If you have done your due diligence, you know a vast portion of the EVOO industry is run by the mafia, selling fake EVOO that is made of blends of other cheaper oils. That includes some of the biggest names in the industry. (Just Google 'olive oil mafia' if you haven't heard of this).This one, however is pure EVOO from California. Because it is manufactured in California, from beginning to end, I can trust that there are no middlemen or gangsters diluting it, and that the FDA has verified any claims by California Olive Ranch --unless they're ALL in on it-- but I digress...This is a fantastic olive oil with a natural, fruity flavor. The bottle is a gorgeous dark emerald green, thick and sturdy glass. Some may have a preference what they use this oil on, but I use it for everything, from oiling a pan, to marinating meat, to dipping bread. Some may actually prefer a fake oil because it is all they have ever known. I was like that at first. But after consuming this for several months now, I can never go back.Do be aware, however, that this company also sells a product called Destination Series that contains a blend of foreign oils, but at least they are transparent about it on the bottle. I wish they didn't, since I feel it detracts from what they are known for, 100% California, but I guess they have their reasons. Just be aware when shopping for California Olive Ranch products about the Destination foreign blend. Just make sure it says 100% California and you should be good.That being said, this particular product, the 100% California grown oil, is what is says it is, and does not contain foreign oils, nor is it affected by the mob rings who control EVOO in Italy. I will continue to purchase it as long as they stay true to their ideals of producing 100% California oil.

The oil is fresh and the brand is reliable. I use it regularly for frying, and sometimes for salads. For many persons, this would be a fine, affordable olive oil.For guests and for special salads or for dipping bread, I prefer an oil with a peppery finish, which lingers deliciously on my tongue. I usually keep a more expensive oil for those times.

I read an article regarding different olive oils and how some well known brands are being deceitful by mixing their olive oils with different blends. NOT California olive oil! 100% pure and tastes great! I had an issue with one bottle breaking in shipping but all the others I’ve ordered were fine! I do prefer the glass bottle so I’m happy to take the risk! You won’t be disappointed in this brand!

I live this Olive Oil- it has everything. Certified Organic, NOT Adulterated with cheaper, lesser quality ingredients and made right here in the U S. I think there "100% California OO" is by far superior than their "blended variety", though even that outshines other more common brands on the market. Honestly, the price is not extravagant ( it prices similar to other brand names) but for the quality it can't be beat
