Q: what's the difference between Advanced White and normal white?

It says in the little video they provide that the Normal White will drive the middle colors and the Advanced White will drive the bottom colors.

Q: Can these be used on a Gelli Plate? A mixed media gelatin plate.

Not sure. I bought them to used on tiles as Christmas ornaments and they worked fine. Colors came out beautiful. I plan on adding vinyl words to them.

Probably. I think English isn't their first language. There were a few errors I found as well. And I think it's funny that one of the color's names is Scar Let.

Q: Is this paint good for gourds that will be outside

Sure! Just keep in mind it’s a round surface so there will be dripping, you can speed dry time by blow dry when your done I highly recommend using a weather proof clear coat such as krypton or even industrial strength clear coat that intended for outdoor use
