I purchased my aligners (10 sets) approximately 3 months ago. The entire process has been easy to follow and a pleasant experience with the SmileCareClug. I had to retake my impressions and they were very helpful in advising me how to make changes at home to do them correctly. I'm in my second set of aligners currently and I have 2 case workers assigned to me that email me when it's time to change to the next aligners.
