This Simply Organic Ginger is ground into a fine powder that mixes well with my oatmeal and other foods. It is fresh, has a nice ginger smell and taste, and is organic. The price is reasonable for the product's high quality.

Pro: I love everything about this spice! I purchased it because I wanted to add some warmth and yummy flavor to make marinade rubs for ham and for making a mulled spiced mixture with cinnamon and orange zest to add to apple juice for a non-alcoholic beverage. If that works well, I'll try it with wine also for the New Year. It comes with a disposable seal underneath the handy plastic lid that has holes and a tab that can be opened for dispensing more faster, plus the entire plastic lid can easily be removed if you need to use a measuring spoon. The fragrance is heavenly, product is fresh, and a little goes a long, long way so keep in mind that less is more effective.Con: None for me. I recommend it!
