Would this help two metal fitted poles revolve freer on each other? (Garden wind spinner)

This is NLGI Grade 2 lubricant (a scale of viscosity, larger numbers are thicker), which should work for low force stuff, but maybe a grade 1 would be better for wind spinners.

Will this work on sliding doors on a van ? the doors are getting hard to open/close. please recomend anything else you think will help. thank you kind

Yes, but I would add a quality silicon spray to make the lube better flow into those "friction" bearings and joints. Spray lightly first, the smear compound, then touch up with a bit of spray. Same can be done with those rubber gaskets around the doors. They'll last longer and not freeze in the winter. Will not usually stain clothing (test).

Will this attract dirt?

If you’re worried about that try a silicone spray, it drys but still lubricates
