Five Stars
Easy to install and attractive handle. Works like it says and saves water, especially on older toilets.

Worked fine till lately
Bought and installed this 6 months ago. Worked fine till lately. Now valve hangs and toilet will keep running. Should last longer than 6 months so I'll look for a different brand for replacement.

Seems like decent quality but the bottom would not seal because toilet outet was wider
Would not work with my toilet needed a wider adapter at the base.

2 years later, half flush stopped working. No response from support email requests either. "Lifetime Warranty"??
Perhaps you've read the reviews or tried versions of other products. I did - before I bought this one last July.It was easy to install, although I had to replace my old-fashioned "float on an arm" valve to make room for it.It's been over a month now, and every flush has been exactly as described. No sticking or running.

Great kit!!
Great kit! I've had one in master bath for 1.5yrs, no issue. Finally installed one on the guest bath. Kit is fairly easy to install and works very well.Only issue I have had is the handle mechanism inside the tank butts up against the fill pipe (side-mount handle). Every tank design is a bit different.Installation Suggestions:-don't turn off the water; I've bad luck with the water valve starting to leak when cycled! instead, use a pencil or plastic hangar or something to keep the float lifted so the fill mechanism will not call for water.-set tank volume as high as possible; as close to the top of the fill pipe as you can get it without it spilling over. This provides higher hydrostatic pressure to the flush water and helps get the flush siphon action going easier. Lower total water use.Only criticism I have is the kit 'feels' cheap and brittle. However, the performance has been excellent.

A Good Choice
Reviewing toilet components is a bit odd . . . but, here goes. This was a replacement for an earlier generation 'dual flush' from another manufacturer that used a 'push button' instead of a handle. First lesson: get one with a handle to start - you'll never be happy using your thumb to flush. Although the general concept between old and new flush valves is the same the Quick Connect had real wing nuts for (instead of zip ties) and the flush length adjustment was significantly easier to understand and use. The install instructions were okay, better than some - not a joy forever (and this is the third dual flush I've installed . . . so it's not like the process is a mystery). Low / Hi volume flushes do what toilets are supposed to. Overall, after about 3 months, there's nothing to complain about

Not universal
Not a very "universal" fit.To properly seat the rubber flange, the connecting collar wasn't even close to being usable.Didn't fit my toilet. Mine needs another 1/4" distance from the unit to the overflow tube.Returning this non-universal product

This is a very good low cost solution to high water usage
This is a very good low cost solution to high water usage. The water bill savings have been noticed for sure. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because this is a good device, not amazing. But, for the cost, I definitely think it's a good and smart buy.
