Most definitely. Use this on all metal to metal contacts including slide pins.

yes, i use this for my brake pins and the back side for the brake pads on my motorcycle and my two cars. it works good dude! you can also use this for other things like very soft metal touching metal where it makes squeak sounds and it gets rid of it
