I picked up this PukeBag 50 Pack Emesis Bag set to keep in the car and at home, and I’m glad I did. These bags are lightweight, compact, and individually easy to grab when needed. The size feels generous enough for adults or kids, and they don’t take up much space in a glove box, backpack, or diaper bag. The opening is wide and the design feels straightforward to use, which is helpful in stressful or unexpected moments. I also like that they’re disposable, so cleanup is simple and quick. Having a larger pack means I can stash them in multiple places without worrying about running out. Overall, this is a practical item that’s good to keep on hand for travel, car rides, or just everyday preparedness. Simple, convenient, and easy to store.

I bought these when I owned and drove a taxi. I had JUST invested in a 2021 Tesla model 3. My years as a cab driver had taught me that, on occasion, someone just can't hold their liquor--especially college girls at 3 in the morning. Usually I just slow down and open a door for them, but on occasion I have been unable to stop--ripping down the highway at 90 with the passenger window DOWN when was -15 degrees in January. Most people seem to puke incrementally over a few minutes, so everyone else gets cold while they hand out the window, puking along the highway. Up until I saw them on amazon, I had NO IDEA anything like this existed. (A nurse friend of mine later told me that hospitals use them, which makes sense.) The FIRST day I received my tube of puke-bags was happened to coincide with my first day driving my new Tesla. A girl got in who sat quietly, asking me about the car. I didn't think she could possibly puke because it was only about 3pm. The vomiting doesn't usually start until the drinking does. As we spoke, I casually told her about the "puke bags" I had purchased, and held one up so she could see it. She laughed. She was pretty quiet during the 10-minute trip. (I would later find out she was feeling sick-food poisoning.) Suddenly, as the ride came to a close, she said "You'd better give me that bag. Right now." I immediately handed her the small, circular piece of plastic with the blue bag attached to it. It's designed to be easy to grab quickly, and intuitively position over your puke-hole, no matter how drunk you might be. She wretched loudly, lunged forward, and proceeded to FILL THE ENTIRE BAG. Literally. It must have been at least 2 litres of liquid. I couldn't believe it. It was actually kind of impressive. She sat there holding the bag, completely full but with no spillage on the outside, so I just took it and dumped it on the curb. No mess, no fuss, no problem. My hands didn't touch any puke, nothing. It was that easy. THIS WAS THE FIRST DAY I had my brand-new Tesla. It still smelled like a new car. When this poor girl got out, it STILL smelled like a new car, and nothing else. I only wish I had discovered these LIVESAVING devices earlier. Puke-bags saved me on the FIRST taxi customer on the FIRST DAY of my BRAND NEW $70,000 car. I cannot recommend these devices enough. Plus, they store efficiently in a long tube, and take up little space. I ALWAYS have a few of them in my car. You just can't put a price on these things. (Figuratively, that is. The literal price at at the top of the page.) I'll never be without one again. Vomiting happens, and when it does, it often is when it isn't expected, and it usually happens FAST. Be ready with PUKE-BAGS!

Pros: - I first learned of these kinds of bags when I started ride-sharing. With that kind of work these are pretty portable and useful. - Have since used them for family - toddlers, grandparents being sick in cars, homes, and airplanes. - Easy to take with you, durable plastic ring-mouth keeps the shape, and quick to expand for use and to dispose Cons: - None for this brand, typically a cheap version would have the plastic ring might start to separate from the blue plastic bag but it has never happened yet here.
