Called a fitness tracker - I use it to track my health.
Slim design. Comfortable to wear, even at night. Easy to program and charge battery.I have had heart problems for more than 40 years. This watch discovered that I also have sleep apnea. It automatically recorded my Blood Oxygen Levels, Blood pressure and a one minute Electrocardiogram strip which could be read and accurately showed my heart problems. In my case this watch could be an excellent starting point if I have to be hospitallized with a heart emergency.

Like its automatic reminder function!
I love the simplicity of this tracker and the automatic recognition of both exercise and sleep. The reminders to move every hour are important to me since I have a sedentary desk job, and the hourly step goals are doable even when work is somewhat busy. When I start to exercise, it will automatically record my exercise steps, I can always see how long I have exercised on the screen. So far so good.

Stopped charging on 3rd charge.
I had a Fitbit that was about 4 years old, and it just up and died on me. I decided to try one of less expensive watches to replace it, and this one seemed to be a good choice. It was a really different setup, and did not come with a charger. You have to remove one side of the band to access this funny little piece that attaches directly into a wall charger. It was a pretty fast charge, so that wasn't a terrible inconvenience. The charge lasted several days, so again, not much of an issue. As far as accuracy, it wasn't. I am a dialysis patient, doing PD at home every night, so I have to take my blood pressure and heart rate twice a day. It usually runs a bit high, at least +160/90ish, with my heart rate somewhere around 80-90. The watch consistently told me my BP was was normal, at 120/80 almost every reading, and couldn't even register a heart rate. I'm unable to walk any appreciable distance, but it did seem to record accurate steps, although I really couldn't know for sure. OK, I can live with inaccuracies, just use the watch portion which was ok. The 3rd time I tried to charge it, I got nothing. No light, no response of any kind. Tried various outlets in the house, same results. Immediately asked Amazon to return it for a refund, and I'll start the process over again with a different brand. I probably just got a dud, but not willing to give another chance. Wish me luck.

Beyond basic
When I ordered this, I thought it was going to be a basic fitness tracker but what I got was beyond basic. It monitors my heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen and so much more. I thought it would just track it on the times I wanted it check and that I would have to track it on my own but in the app that you download, it will track it for me. Setting this app up was really easy to do, and for someone who is not tech savvy, I'm proud to say that I was able to set this up on my own. It tracks everything for me and if I want to look back, I can easily go through the different dates and compare them to each other. When it comes to me working out, it keeps track of those same vitals so I can monitor how I'm doing. When it keeps track of my daily steps, it will track my progress. Like I mentioned before, this is all done through the app. Anytime I want to have it check my vitals, I just scroll through and tap on which one I want done. When it comes to accuracy, I tested this out at my last doctor's visit which was last week. I told the nurse that I wanted to compare numbers and she agreed to follow along. When it comes to those 3 vitals, all numbers were the same. The heart rate did change because I did get a little excited that my watch is accurate.

Great features. Stopped working at 31 days.
This was a great value considering all the features. However, mine completely locked up on the 31st day after purchase. Now it is not at all useable. Of course, exactly outside the return window.Battery life was less than advertised, about 1.5 days with all the features turned on (including power saver mode). The WoFit app is pretty good, but will drain your phone battery like crazy. Use Hband instead, it uses much less battery and I like the presentation of the data better. Note: either app will lose connection frequently to the device. Just force stop it in app settings and it will connect just fine next time you start the app. Assuming your device isn't locked up as mine is now.Blood pressure actually isn't too far off once you give it a reference and use it in private mode. Heart rate on main display isn't always consistent with what the submenu shows, sometimes you have to go in and tell it to measure HR for it to display properly.Step count is way too high but that is probably typical of these kind of devices.I loved this thing for the sleep tracking and apnea detection, along with it's many other features, but it is useless now. I haven't checked warranty but if I can get it replaced for low/no cost I will do that. Will update review if that happens and if the replacement is any better.

Data not accurate. Good for displaying time & date.
I bought one for myself and my husband. I asked him to try it out first for accuracy. We know based on his health records and his lifestyle, his blood pressure is high, his heart rate and oxygen levels are low. However, this device returns data consistently with in the normal healthy ranges. They will be returned.

Packed full of functionalities!
I absolutely love this tracker, especially it's real time BP monitoring. I have a hypertension problem and I am using it to track my BP readings throughout the day. I understand that it is not clinical grade but it is sufficient for me to determine the trends. Also comes packed with a host of other options like ECG, Spo2, HB and sleep monitoring etc. All for a very affordable price. Really value for money!
