Product is good but not for puff pastry.. Layers are not formed.. Nicely

Used for making puffs.. worked well and got layers :) but this can’t be stored in fridge, I used this after storing in refrigerator second time puff didn’t rise and also didn’t get baked properly

i already made two attempts for puff pastry with butter .it did not raise.but i tried with vegetable shortening it former layers nicely.worth buying.

I wouldn't know how to rate this product. I tried using it as a protective natural coating to pottery after hearing it from a youtuber. Maybe the whole concept is flawed or the product was. I wouldn't know. Haha
