While the product is good and the chocolate creamy you don't get what you ordered. The description says 1 bag is 2.2lbs of chocolate chips. I got 2 bags that are 1lb each. Shorting me .2lbs. I shop for the best bargain and expect to receive what was advertised.Update: After contacting the seller they offered me a partial refund or future discount for the shortage of product. I would purchase from them again.

This white chocolate has an excellent taste. Smaller chips, so it will be easy to use. Package was vacuum-packed to aid with freshness. Very pleased. Will buy again.

I have been so tired of waxy white chips made from palm oil and dubious other things so was determined to find some made with real cocoa butter. These were the best value of all the ones with real ingredients, so I thought I would give them a try. My order took three days, originating in Florida and passing through some unseasonably hot parts of the country. They arrived in a foil pouch with four ice packs which had melted, but the chips are fine! I opened a bag and tasted a few, and they are delicious and melty, not waxy. I’m delighted and have a list of things I want to make with them. A lucky find.Update: These are WONDERFUL! I used them in cookies and blondies and melted 8oz for white chocolate brownies and everything has been delicious! In my perfect world they would be just a little larger, but that’s just being nitpicking. Will definitely order more.

Even tho it was shipped in an ice pack it was still melted and lumpy. I can deal with that but it isn’t a true white chocolate so I will go back to my former brand.

I'm so glad I found KakaoZon white chocolate chips! I've been searching for a long time for soy-free white chocolate with very little luck. The other brand I found was overly sweet, had very little actual cacao butter in it and didn't really taste like real white chocolate. I'm happy to say that the KakaoZon white chocolate chips taste so much better! It's nice to finally have real white chocolate without the allergen I need to avoid. I'll definitely be purchasing more of this delicious white chocolate in the future!

What a value! Delicious aroma and taste, and has true cocoa butter in it which is an indicator of quality white chocolate and hard to find. Phenomenal find!
