This stuff is amazing and such a good deal on Amazon. My kids prefer these to any other type of noodle. They are quick to make and one box easily feeds my family of five with no leftovers. If you love spätzle and are looking for a good quick out the box one, this is it! You'll never go back to egg noodles.

since I am from Germany and live in CO - we just love our spaetzle over there :) these taste fine but personally I wish they would make them longer in length as that is how we eat them in germany.I still eat and enjoy them and will make Kaese spaetzle (cheese spaetzle) out of them.

My 4 year old son fell in love with Spaetzle when we took him, at age 2, to visit his grandparents living in Europe. To this day his favorite dish is roast chicken and Spaetzle, and adding this as the starch to any meal with sauces or gravies increases the likelihood that he'll eat lots of the good stuff we put on top and feel like it's a treat.

At last, one of my favorites from the time I lived/worked in Germany. Local grocery stores might or might not stock it as it is not such a big seller unless you know how great it adds to a meal.Order just a case and will reorder fairly soon.
