Fuel Tank Rust Remover

I’ve been wanting this product for a very long time as rust inside our fuel tank is a very common sight,and often has no fixing,if it gets worse,we have to change the tank. This is where this thing comes into play.It helps in removing the rust without affecting the metal,fuel tap plastic or rubber gaskets.etc.Amazon shipping was fast,no complaints there. I honestly did not have much expectations,but I’m pleasantly surprised. I’ve listed some pros and cons Pros 1) Very polite and responsive seller 2) Unique product and good pricing 3) Clear instructions,easy to use 4) 1 litre in quantity 5) Doesn’t damage the paint,rubber or gaskets or washers. 6) Contains Anti-corrosion compounds,so it will not flashrust 7) For the most cases,it will not cause pinholes. 8) Does the job in 24 hours. 9) Re-usable in most cases,although effect will be lower.You can use it to remove rust from small bolts.etc Cons 1) Some cases,It solidifies inside the bottle due to the temperature differences in shipping,so can be quite difficult to get it out of the bottle for using.Solution was to cut the bottle’s base,for a wide mouth and pour it in a bucket,add 3 litres of normal water and mix it with a stick,and wait for a while.It will be back to liquid form. 2) Shaking the full tank rigorously for about 10 seconds can be physically quite challenging. 3) Although pretty straight forward,Instructions were not present in the bottle,nor did the seller offer an instruction paper/guide or booklet to follow. 4) Pinholes can occur on a badly rusted tank,so you need to monitor the tank frequently,as you don’t want the solution to leak out.Once you’re done,You can go to a soldering shop and get the small holes soldered. I recommend this product for all the old motorcycle/moped/scooter Enthusiast out there with Metal Fuel tanks! This is a big relief for us as we don’t have to spend thousands on an new old stock fuel tank nor we won’t be cheated with aftermarket bad quality fuel tanks,as we will be able to save and preserve our current fuel tanks with this product!

I used this product for RE tank which was 13.5 litres. I made 11 litre mixture by adding water and poured it into the tank and kept it in the tank for 18 hours. It gave really good results within 18 hours but I think I would’ve definitely gotten better results if I had waited a little longer. It removed most of the rust and the rust you see at the top is there because that part wasn’t submerged in the solution. I would recommend you to install a glass filter at-least for a few weeks if not permanently after this process.

My 11 year old Royal Enfield tank had got badly rusted. Resultant which, every month and a half I had to go to a nearby mechanic as the rust would reach the carburetor thereby stalling my bike. (this happened often a time when I was not near my place of comfort) Most mechanics I went to for a solution told me that I should buy a new tank which would set me back by 9K approx. Now decided to search for a product that could help me solve this predicament of mine and that's when I discovered this product Tank rescue. The delivery time committed was 7-8 days but the product was delivered within 2-3 days. Handed this over to my mechanic and informed him the procedure of what is to be done (take a screenshot from the above images as there is not much info mentioned on the product) - Seller please take note to share a pamphlet containing the procedure in English and Hindi so that the same can be handed over the mechanic. Anyway, I chose to leave the product in the fuel tank for 48 hours as opposed to the 24 hours suggested and believe you me, the product has managed to eliminate the complete rust from my tank. It also says 1 litre Tank Rescue to 10 litres of water. Since my RE tank is 13.5 litres, my ratio was 1:13 :) Now I wished I had clicked before & after images to showcase this to you, sadly I didn't. But this product works like a gem. Now I am not sure for how long will the tank stay rust-free but it at least temporarily does what it claims. Highly recommended product for Royal Enfield to remove rust from your tank.

It's a fantastic product. I ordered it for my 2007 pulsar 220 dts-fi tank. I followed the instructions given on the product. Allow it to do its work for 2 entire days. You'll be surprised by how much rust it removes along with slugde. Not a single element of rust remains if given instructions are followed. Also, it makes your tank as good as new from inside. It does not harm your skin or your fuel tank's paint.

Rain water is very friendly with the TB 500 fuel tank. I dont know who designed the fuel cap for bullets! Biggest moron on this earth. My fuel tank was rusted in the last monsoon and the rust was choking the FI System. I removed the tank myself, poured this solution and left it overnight for 24 hrs, drained the tank next day, let it dry in the sun and replaced back the tank! Could see a good amount of rust getting removed. Nice product go for it. Safe for the FI systems also.

I should say this actually is a really great product. The solution I got looked like , it got dried inside the package. So at first I thought this was waste of money. But since its complete lockdown and I struck at home with 0 entertainment, I gave it a real good try, So first I sealed the whole tank then made sure there is no gap for the liquid drain. I poured the solution with water and kept this for 2 weeks total, really got surprised by the results. The main reason is because I bought a bike frome a person who is abroad for 2 years, and so the tank was in completely unusable condition. But I had money problems at the moment so, I searched on YouTube and found this product. Damn, bro Totally recommended.

It saved my old bike. My bike was very old and due to not being used its fuel tank was completely rusted. After wasting a lot of money with the mechanic I came to know about this product and bought it. It have cleaned my fuel tank very much. Although not 100% but around 75% more cleaner than before. But beware as it could lead to remove the paint of the tank or other parts of bike if those comes in contact with it. Very sticky product and leaves a white residue behind.
