Because sometimes size IS important....
I needed to mount a peep sight in an air rifle with an 11mm top rail. Finding a sight to fit the base was not an easy thing [hint: there isn't one]. This adapter fits the existing 11mm groove, allowing me to mount a standard peep sight. Mounting the rail was simple, (2 screws), and it works perfectly.
