This is a good alternative to the egg noodles/ veg noodles made of refined flour for chowmein/ chinese/ thai.The taste is good; the cooking method is same as regular noodles. Just check they have softened when boiling.I Use it in stir fry recipes and happy with the taste.Now gluten intolerant people can also enjoy this.So this is worth a try.
