Purchased these band because my Rotator Cuff was torn. the physical therapist suggested bands at home to straitening it. The band are amassing my shoulder is 85% better after 2 months of use.

When I first took it out of the bag I was basically expecting what I saw. When I started to use it, I started with curls and thought the bands were too short to do overhead presses. However, I was impressed with the extended reach of the bands. They provided more resistance the further you stretched them which was a good thing.The clips at the ends of the bands seem a bit small to me. I wish they were just a bit bigger. I bought a bar to go along with these and the clips on the bands would not open enough to go over the larger clasps on the bar. So all I did was connect them to the actual ring on the bar itself and that worked just fine.Face the facts. These bands are not free weights or machines in a gym. However I love the portability. When I need to go on a weekend trip, this small bag has everything you really need to keep you from completely missing a workout. Some people might say, well just go to a gym. Well, many of the trips I take are in remote areas camping or the like and I'm not going to drive all the way to a gym. So these bands fill in just fine for the meantime.You can do several types of workouts with these bands so that is why I gave them a five for that versatility rating. I only gave four for the other ratings because I'm not sure how long they will last and don't provide the exact kind of workout you get in a dedicated gym. However, as I said, these are better than expected and in a nice neat little package provide you with a decent enough workout without having to purchase big units for your home that take up a lot of space. And hey, for the money, these are really not a bad investment for those times you need a "portable gym" (minus the cardio machines).

I just got this in the mail and I’m already impressed. I’ve wanted some weights for working out at home for a long time, but they are so bulky, take up lots of space, and expensive! This is PERFECT space wise. Comes in a drawstring bag, fits easily into any drawer. The handles and clasps are pretty sturdy from first glance, defiantly impressed with the quail it’s. Comes with some easy workout poses with understandable instructions. And I love how the weight on each band is labeled near the clasp so you don’t have to go look at the box. As far as the weight goes, I’m not sure how they determine the resistance for each band. It was pretty easy for me to do the 50lb curls, but I could feel the burn (I’m one that uses heavy weight workout routines). But the fact it’s stackable weight is great. All in all it’s a great bang for the buck and a great way to get a home workout in if your ADD and cardio can’t keep your attention (like myself lol).

I have been using these bands for physical therapy since I bought them in June, 2021. I am always suspect of quality when the price is good, but in this case they have held up excellently and provided exactly what I needed. The versatility of the included handles, clasps and anchor have been great. I hook then to whatever is solid in the room (railing, heavy table, door) and can use them at the needed angle. Adjusting distance adjusts the apparent weight so I can keep the exercise as heavy as I can do. The colors and the markings are clearly readable and have not faded with time. I can add multiple bands to increase tension when needed. I am pleased with this purchase.

I opened the box, slipped the 2 handles onto a band and was stretching right in front of my work from home laptop in minutes. I can lay it aside of my desk and on a moments break be performing the movements that will challenge my body to be just a little better. I do not know how long the bands will last - even at my feeble strength - but if it is 3-6 months it is well worth the price. I would be very careful though - I may not even use it or at very low stretch tension - with the door attachment I made sure the door was locked but also on the side least likely to swing freely away. Most important thing is to just move and these things add a little flare to that and just steps for you desk.

I got a partial tear in my rotator cuff in early February, 2021. After my diagnosis, I was sent to PT to see if specific exercises that strengthened my should muscles could alleviate my chronic pain. At that time, I was unable to raise my arm above my shoulder due to the intense pain. The PT had me do a series of exercises using the resistant bands, and my shoulder pain slowly dissipated over a period of a few weeks. Now I can, once again, play tennis and raise my arms high over my head. So I had to have my own set of resistant brands to continue my exercises. They are a must have, especially for me as I age (I'm currently 65) in order to keep my strength up.

What I like most about your product is that it is very versatile. I have resistance a set of resistance bands, I do enjoy them but I have to do more work to get the resistance out of the band. I can work out do a full-body workout. I am not confined to one part of my body while exercising. I can just transition from chest compressions to legs. Additionally, I can say that travel is easy when because it comes in a fun-size travel bag. You can fit everything that comes in this set plus other bands. So, that's great. I use the 20 lbs band. I can say that I enjoy using the band thus far. I am a happy, confident customer. Your product is very valuable for assisting me in my weight loss journey.

50lbs band snapped on the first session. Pretty disappointing, given I was doing an exercise that’s shown on the pictures of the Amazon product (for the back, with the door thing on the door). If it doesn’t support that, what will it support? Very disappointing. Would love a refund or replacement but Amazon doesn’t do that.Edit: contacted I Eco and they offered a replacement. Will re edit after making sure the replacement is not as fragile, but the response to contact on part of the company was pretty nice by itself.

I feel like the price is way too high for the bands, but shipping was perfect, & everything was included in the box, no damage or any issues. It gets the work done & I use these resistance bands daily.

I love my resistance bands set. Great quality, versatile, comes with instruction and photos.I started using the lowest resistance band of 10lbs and I already feel the effects (for now it is only muscle pain :) (also has 20,30,40 and 50 bands, which could be also combined if you need more).Great value for the price of $32.00 (with taxes and shipping).Very convenient for travelers as it comes with a small bag and would fit any space.Highly recommend it.
