Usually don;t do these but i had to for this one, this stuff is really amazing and will buy it again. It has a great kick to it and even just a little gives some heat and can put it on all kinds of food. Just confused why 12 ounce is cheaper than 10 ounce but still not bad for the price.

I bought a bottle of this stuff expecting a polite little kick, and let me tell you, I am entirely convinced these bees were working double shifts down at a chemical plant. One the other hand it’s sweet, golden, innocent honey, and the next is a squadron of spicy little bees marching across your tongue demanding answers. It’s sweet, it’s viciously hot, and it will clear your sinuses right out to next Tuesday. If you want to feel like a fire-breathing dragon who still appreciates a wholesome breakfast, pour this on your chicken or pizza immediately. Just don't ask the bees how they made it they've clearly taken a dark turn. Highly recommended! the extra hot honey. The extra hot is the right temp.
This honey is great, and takes a long time to develop sugar crystals from storing too long. But the price has gotten kinda out of hand. It's super easy to make your own. Try it! But if you don't want to risk crying in the kitchen over making your own, this is a great pick.

Good, but extremely spicy. You almost can’t it it. And if you buy the other one that is medium spicy, it isn’t spicy at all. What I do: mix the two and you will have the perfect spicy taste.

Really happy with it
Ok, so I learned that you don't cook with it unless your food stays dry. Otherwise cook your food and add it afterwards. I've only used the regular hot honey and not the extra hot honey so far. Im all fairness I love sweet and spicy, and can't wait to try again. Please enjoy, you'll thank me later.
