I’m giving this product five ⭐️ because of their customer service and support response & I love the look and features of this product. When a very small plastic plug that covers an Allen wrench servicing area on the faucet head was lost I reached out and they sent me a new one along with other nice faucet parts free of charge! I currently don’t need the add’l parts they sent but I will keep as perhaps sometime I will. I mentioned to them that I noticed since installed that the sprayer does heat up when using hot water but I’m used to it and look out for that issue. Although not ideal, I love the aesthetics of it too much to really bother me. They said they are in process of addressing this with a sleeve or something and they’ll send it out once that’s sorted out.

Great product I think is going to be difficult to find spare parts for repair it

This is a beautiful faucet. I've had it on for a little over a month. They really know how to package it too. Really solid cardboard outer and then another box perfectly fit inside that one with the same cardboard. There was nothing out of place. The reason I'm giving it less the 5 stars-The weight on the hose. It bangs around under my sink like crazy. I've tried different placements but if it stops the banging then I can't pull it out as far as I need and if i put it where I want it it makes all that noise. I know a lot of people who have a large faucet like this and I've looked at their weight size/ placements. The weight is the same size. It hangs in the same general place but they don't have all the noise. If I find that this is the placement of my faucet by the builder (being too close to the wall) I will update this review, but as far as I have snooped under my friends cabinets so far-it seems like it's got to be something about the hose that sets mine apart. Works GREAT so far! Lovely!

I purchased this faucet 2.5 years ago, I wanted it because it was a smaller 3-way style faucet than the other ones sold on Amazon that looked like they belonged in a commercial kitchen, not a home kitchen, and I loved the black metal look. So, with 2.5 years of use, how does it perform? Fantastic. It feels solid and secure, the neck has limited motion but enough range to easily cover my standard double sink. I felt compelled to write this review because a slight drip developed out of the main spout after 2.5 years and it became impossible to ignore. I will admit I was frustrated with the lack of instructions available online to disassemble the faucet, and it took some trial and error to figure it out (hint: anything that looks like a rivet is actually s removable tab that reveals a screw that can be undone with an Allen key). Once I disassembled the spout, there was a cartridge that contained two small ceramic plates which controlled the water flow, and those plates were dirty. I cleaned the plates and put everything back together and it resolved the drip. Aside from lack of instructions online, I was also frustrated there was no website for the company that sells this model. I contacted the seller through this listing, told them about the problem and they got back to me immediately. As a consolation, they sent me two more brand new cartridges to replace the one I cleaned if the issue happens again. I’m happy to say the drip has not returned, but I really appreciated the customer service they delivered even 2.5 years later. That kind of service gets five stars every time.

Overall was a good looking faucet, low price, functions were ok. The main issue is that is not intuitive, it's complicated to use and the functions you thought it should have, like locking pressure washing, it doesn't have it. So it defeats the purpose of wanting free hands use. The worst just happened now, 6 months after installing. As we were about to leave camping this thing just exploded and showered my kitchen! The hose came off from the nipple and even though it came all together from factory, this thing was not secured tightly enough. The issue is that now it goes on and off relatively easy. Easy enough that I wouldn't try to fix it and have my kitchen flooded as a risk. NOT worth it!! At ALL!! DO spend a little bit more money on something of better quality. Having a flooded kitchen is not worth the $100 bucks you'll save by getting this product. ***ALSO, not Amazon, seller, NO ONE is available to help you solve this issue. This product comes with a puny 30-day warranty. That should tell you everything you need to know about how cheap this stuff is. NOT WORTH IT!!!!! DO NOT BUY - you've been warned.

This piece looked very nice as expected. Installation was sooooo simple. The connections are the best and easiest I have seen. Seemed sturdy and durable. Elegant looking. Won’t know how well it lasts because went into an investment property that was sold. But probably going to buy one for our home. Follow up: bought one for our home. Loved it!! Installed around February of this year and now (9-18-2019) it has fallen apart. See the picture for details. Sprayer line detached from nozzle. It has a ribbed fitting so tried to put back together 3 times and kept coming apart. Then the little silver bracket that actually was on the line came off as well. Will not go back to together VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Install went smoothly, functions well. Forgot to tighten an Allen screw in the back of it and that caused a leak after a few days. Only down side is it only lasted 3 years and now the filtered water turns on whenever we have the pot water turned on.

The tap is beautiful and really stands out in my new kitchen. However, we did have to buy new fittings due to the ones in with the tap were American. It was an expensive tap they should be able to supply the correct installation equipment if shipping worldwide.

Massiv und edel, Abbildung trifft voll und ganz zu. Besonders schön ist die Aufsatzplatte, somit hat die schwere Armatur einen guten Stand und man muss nur die Platte silikonieren.
