Never mind the rest of the package, the basket is well constructed and made from materials of decent quality, the cover seems okay and the rest of the gadgets are a bit superfluous really, but the basket is good, and that's the bit you want...

I bought this as i thought it would do a better job of proofing my bread. It was as easy as the mixing bowl i currently use but 10 times as hard to clean. I had to put it in the dishwasher as i could not get the bits of flour out of the bowl. I did, however, think the scraper and blade were very natty

I bout this to make Sourdough Bread a more artisan shape. The first time I used it I could not get the loaf out of the lined basket despite flouring it well and had to discard the lining which had opened at the seam anyway. I will continue to use the basked with a floured tea towel. Not sure how it would fare if I just flour the basket but I may return to review further once I get my sourdough bread making into a routine
