I am older and broke my shoulder. I have never used cold therapy before but in Physical therapy they said it would be good. Someone recommended a cold pac. This one is excellent! It is kind of heavy and so it doesn't move around when using it. the gel inside is soft so it is very comfortable. I either use it in a pillow case or make sure I have sleeves on because it does get quite cold. I also like the large size. I would recommend this!

It was a little small for my back but brought comfort

I bought this product after I tore my ACL. I love how big it is and how long it stays cold. It easily wraps around my knee. I love this ice pack and thinking about buying more for my relatives!!

Helpful relief

As part of cool therapy after ACL surgery I have used several different ice wraps and even Ossur system provided by my insurance. So far this black sack (Back Support Systems Cold Ice Pack Wrap (11" x 14") is my favorite. It is literally cold and comfortable, also stays cold for long enough time. and easy to use. if it is too cold for uncovered skin, just place the sack in a pillowcase.

this is a great cold pack. Size is quite adequate for any body part. Only caveat is that the pack itself is rather heavy
