Digital Money Box Vault Coin Safe for Kids - Coin Bank and Password Protected Lock Box with Alarm Clock

My middle little loved the bank and the concept of having a safe, but programming it took way longer than it should. Instructions were missing a step! But, once we figured it out, it was fine. I just hope it never resets itself!

Thought this would be a great gift, but the instructions are written by someone with poor English. We cannot figure out how to change the passcode. And, the date/time and alarm settings are not straightforward to change. In today's technology, this should be much more straightforward to set up. And, it's intended for kids! We're disappointed. The boy doesn't use it because he can't change the code.

Great tool for teaching my 5 year old how to count and save money!Does anyone know how to stop the alarm clock function? Instructions are not clear on turning the function off. Thanks for any suggestions!

We gave this safe as a Christmas present to our kids. It arrived in a plain brown box without any instructions, no model number, no information what so ever. We figured out the '000000#' passcode and decided to keep the safe.Despite the lack of instructions of any type the main problem is that every day the safe has a very loud alarm that goes off at 4:30am. We cannot turn it off and now the seller has identified that this alarm is not able to be turned off.I have no idea how to change the code or any other useage information due to lack of any instructions.

couldn't get safe open. no instructions. manufacturer sent a replacement but didn't have alarm clock feature which was why we bought in the first place. don't waste your time or money on this broken item

What I got is not this at all! I wanted this item pictured like the safe version. WhatI got is a plastic round bank thing. Very displeased anddisappointed kiddo. DO NOT BUY IT IS NOT THIS ITEM.

It is not possible to switch of alarm on the clock. Supplier could not help as every piece is like that.

Can't seem to send the right product. Happened twice. Replacement product very cheap.
