This is an excellent product for people who want to quit smoking or vaping. The 2 mg provided just the right level of nicotine for me as I was a casual, secret smoker. I really enjoy the light, ice mint flavor too. This product is really a great substitute for smoking or vaping and I know over time I'll eventually stop using the lozenges too.

These tablets do help with nicotine cravings. However, Amazon could not keep them in stock. So I switched to using the Costco brand.

Good item worth the money no texture

I quit smoking 12 years ago but I still get cravings and having a very stressful job and life sometimes I need a little nicotine and these don’t taste like chalk like the other brands. Be nice if I could one day stop buying them but I guess that’s what happens when you get hooked on the nicotine, worst drug in existence
